His name I think is Roz and he is very cool he goes beyond the regular sales guy. He always has a smile and you can go to him with any problem with your phone and he will do his best to make sure he gives you the right info . In fact all the staff that work at this metro are very helpful and honest.

I have been coming to this store for years. This is the only place that will continue to get my business. I feel so welcomed and taken care of everytime I come here they make sure i have everything i need. I dont know any of my passwords and i need all my stuff transferred, and it is never a problem for them to do it. I locked myself out of my phone and they set me up with the whole nine on a new one. I am so happy and i appreciate Razz and everyone at this store. Good job and great people

My man Raz upgraded my phone all I had to do was pick my phone pay the man and go shopping at the 99 cent store. By the time I came back he had everything transferred for me A-z, Facebook,contacts, messenger,amazon, photos. Amazing job thank you so much.

I would love to give a five star review. Raz was super helpful . My phone was stolen and he helped me fiance a brand new phone. This is the best metro psc in San Diego. This store has excellent customer service everyone should here :)

I read the reviews about this store and decided to check it out for myself. Turned out just as great as they said! Roz explained everything about the plans to me and asked me a few questions before recommending a phone to me that was best and then explained why he though it was a good fit and all the things the phone does.
