Great experience, I had them perform a pre-sale inspection on a used Porsche and they squeezed me into their schedule right away. They did a great inspection that helped for negotiating the price of the car. After I purchased the Porsche, they took care of some maintenance services and a leak repair for reasonable prices. I have used them for alignment, brakes, and major services. Quality workmanship, excellent communication throughout the repair process so you’re constantly in the loop. I’m not sure how this car service has 5 stars. I have had a bad experience throughout the whole process. My car broke down and we had it towed to German car select service based on the great yelp reviews and google reviews. There was little to no communication on what was wrong with my vehicle. We had to keep calling the shop to get updates and the mechanic had no clue what was wrong with my car besides saying there is low compression in the chamber and will need to run more diagnostic testing. The next day he then said I will need a whole new engine which is very odd I never had any issues or warning signs that my engine is bad. The quote for this service is $6000 which we cannot afford so we told them we will get it towed back home. The next day we spoke to a woman saying that they are willing to buy the car for $3000 we did let them know we are waiting for the title as it was just paid off and she will have to speak to her manager. Another week with no communication goes by and she finally calls and says the manager is not interested in the car because he thought it was a convertible? You had my car for almost three weeks and thought it was a convertible? We finally get it towed back home and was charged $440 to run diagnostic testing and bad communication. Nice. I got ripped off and time wasted.

Took my 2017 BMW X1 here for maintenance services. They did an awesome job and my car is running like new again. Pricing was more reasonable than the BMW dealer and fairly straight forward. Oil change ($120), Engine air filter ($130), Cabin air filter ($120), Front brake pads, rotors, & sensor($710), brake flush ($140). Would definitely come again. Truly impressed with how they carry out their business. I pointed out a couple of things that bothered me and they did a diagnostic check, but found no fault, and did not charge me for it. Very reasonable price on the oil change, and what I am truly impressed with is their honesty. They gave me a detailed explanation at the shop and in writing on what needs to be worked on along with the exact price. No feeling of being pressured here, and I can actually work on my budget to figure out what needs to be done next. Max at Select is highly communicative and straightforward in his work. His team of technicians are all highly skilled in German cars and I trust him to take care of deep engine work. I've come here twice now to get a timing chain done and to get a turbo replaced. They do great work and give solid reliable advice.
