This is one of my favorite local places today we came with my dog chica to get some patties and it was such an experience the service was excellent, great smiles. Thank you Jack in the box for making this such an experience!

They've eliminated all the low/moderate cost items from the menu. The soda fountain has been disabled so you have to ask for refills. They play the radio real loud, mostly commercials mixed with a few old top 40 hits. It's pretty obvious they don't want anyone sitting down to eat inside, which is too bad, I used to come here all the time. I understand it's hard to get people willing to work fast food, and it's easier to just run everything through the drive-thru, but I miss the ability to have an inexpensive sit down meal. The people that work here are nice, and the food is basically what you expect from Jack in the Box. Maybe fast food will someday return to hosting a clean comfortable place to eat, but for now, they seem only interested in the drive-thru and delivery.

I love JITB for my kids, but I really wish you guys would embrace Impossible Burger. All I can eat is a side salad now that I've been advised by physicians to avoid meat. Still 4/5 because I know their Burgers are amazing from when I *was* able to eat more. The fresh ingredients always make their burgers so good. Friendly staff, always courteous, and 24 hour breakfast is the bomb. Vegetarian options: As far as I can tell, the only vegetarian option is a side salad. As someone who can't/won't consume meat anymore, I'm really disappointed that JITB has not offered either Impossible Burger or Beyond Patties.

It was decent. Customer service was nice. Food was good. Outside surrounding area was full of trash and pretty shady. Wasn't comfortable leaving my car in the lot.

Just add again today 6/30/2023. You staffs keep lying and they can’t even keep up. The lady at the wind said the don’t accept Apple Pay at the window but inside I went inside and other lady said the do but it’s broken now. I think they are just been racist there. You have to talk to them about this. Thanks. They don’t do Apple Pay at this location. I’m sure if she was lying or not. Very unprofessional Staff. The have no business working for jack n the box. They should be replaced.

They don't have cups of Salsa for your Fajita pita makes for a dry Pita. I asked why not she said they can't properly store it or something to that effect. She said what can I do umm maybe you can have what every other Jack has when I told I won't be back she started speaking in Spanish to the other workers and laughing. Very unprofessional and rude. You just can't get good service these days and I definitely did not deserve her rudeness. I hope that corporate sees this review and has a talk with them about their manners best of luck Jack in the Box

Sometimes, I get Two of these Tacos for 99cents, which is a pretty good deal. when I don’t feel like spending too much out of my pocket, still want to feel good in my stomach, I get these pretty affordable tacos 🌮 and curly fries from jack in box. The bill is less than $5, are you serious? Thank you Jack in the box for helping low income people like us survive while inflation is in the peak.

Simple order .. meatlovers burrito and an iced mocha coffee. The lady at the window was extremely nice but gave me change for a 10 when I gave her a 20. No big deal, she corrected the mistake and with a smile. What got me was after everything is said and done she hands me my iced coffee as a medium when I ordered a large 😠

Bought the new stacked bacon combo. Not much bacon, cold, and not on correct bun. Not even the cheeses were melted. So disgusted. Plus we waited for almost 5 mins. My husband had a old dry bun on his also not cooked well with no bacon???? Dont go there its reidiculous.

Disgusting, nasty, terrible, just plain awful. The patties are way over cooked and tough. The flavor is that of old tired, freezer burnt meat. The bun is lathered in mustard and it looked as if this burger was stepped on. I didn't finish this meal. A complete waste of money. The Jack management is ok with that. As long as they can capture a buck they are complacent with shoveling out substandard food. Hey, the fries were ok. Anyway, judge for yourself.
