If you want a car guy, FARAZ is your man! We bought a 2023 BMW X5 45e Hybrid and absolutely LOVE IT!! How can I describe the FIVE STAR experience we had with Faraz? 1) KNOWLEDGE beyond car review sites. He has owned many high end vehicles and pinpoints what you need to know for cross comparisons against newer technologies & engineering. We were deciding between several luxury class PHEV hybrids. 2) OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE. Every concern we had was anticipated, met and exceeded. My expectations were not only met, but they were exceeded. I’ve gone to other BMW dealerships, but my experience here does not remotely compare to other locations, especially in Orange County. Even something as simple as offering a bottle of water to make you feel more comfortable while waiting for help, goes a long way. So the first impression was already off to a great start. Shoutout to Dina for being extremely informative, and really personalizing my whole experience from beginning to end! When shopping around for the Ultimate Driving Machine, you need the Ultimate care and service. Dina, Lucy, and the Crevier BMW team redefined the true meaning of customer service, and I couldn’t be happier with my M340i! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

In August I received my 2022 430i and I’m so in love with it. I’m very thankful for Anthony and Rick for their help in ordering the car exactly how I wanted it. Although the original wait was said to be around a month it ended up being 2 months said due to shipping issues. But it came in better than I could’ve imagined and was left very happy. Overall I would recommend anyone interested in getting a car to come to Crevier BMW.

I came to BMW Crevier looking to upgrade from my BMW X1 to an X3. I walked in the lot (without an appointment) and was met by Grace Mathews. Grace was absolutely terrific during the whole experience.
