100% A+ service. Two times I’ve needed to use them for accidents that have not been my fault, and I am 5 star pleased from both experiences. They got my car fixed as quickly as possible, were so helpful with working with my insurance, and my car came back to me sparkling and looking brand new. I would recommend them any day! I worked with Jeremy through the whole experience the second time around, and I have to give a huge shout out to him for his constant updates, great attitude, and professionalism- I seriously couldn’t be happier with both experiences, it really took some pain out of being out of a car while 8 months pregnant, and just dealing with a yucky accident.

I recently got some work done on my Nissan, and the team at custom craft were extremely helpful and professional. They arranged my rental car and even gave me a ride to enterprise when it took to long. The place is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and willing to work with you. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
