I was treated like a criminal by a young white associate! I visited here a week ago to purchase a few items because I live in the area and it’s convenient. The last item I needed to purchase was allergy medicine. A young white girl grabbed the key for the case and grabbed the allergy medicine that was individually locked in a plastic case. I held out my hand and she started walking away with my medicine! I asked the associate why she would not put the medicine I requested in my hand and she answered, “Oh we usually just take it to the cashier and it will be there for you.” I NEVER receive this type of treatment when I shop at CVS in Calabasas or Malibu! I will NOT be returning to this CVS!

The Asian guy who works here is so rude and disrespectful. I came in and bought a pair of headphones. They were too tiny for my head and I requested an exchange for a different pair and I hadn’t even left the store yet. He made the very friendly Latino man refund me my money and then told me I would have to buy another pair when all I wanted was to simply exchange the ones that I had just bought. This is a big inconvenience for me as I was my last few dollars and I was really looking for to get a new pair of headphones. I will never step foot in this establishment again I feel like he was acting very weird and very tense for no reason I don’t know if me being an African-American makes him feel uneasy, but I deserve to be treated like everyone else. Thank you.

I arrived on time for my scheduled vaccine/booster appointment and was told the pharmacist had just left for a 30 minute lunch. Clearly they have absolutely NO regard for their customers!

This was one of the smallest CVS stores I've seen, and it appeared that 3/4 of the shelves are full of non-pharmacy items like groceries, alcohol, home items, alcohol, etc. While all of the actual medical items are limited to that last 1/4 of space in the back of the store. I searched high and low in the small section and could not find the medical items I was looking for. I did several laps of the store looking for an employee to assist me, but in my 30+ mins there I did not see a single employee on the floor and was not assisted. The checkout line was long, as there was only one cashier working, so I didn't feel like waiting in like 10 mins to be told they just don't have what I'm looking for. Eventually I got frustrated, paid for my Reese's cups and fig newtons (a casualty of my walking by them too many times! 🤦🏼♀️) at the self checkout and left. In my car I just went online and ordered the items on Amazon... I was annoyed and frustrated with my experience, but *just a mindful reminder* that being short-staffed is never the fault of the employees who ARE there on the floor working and doing their best. Please keep that in mind when you're frustrated like I was! Waiting in line and yelling at the cashier would have done nothing to improve my situation AND it would have made worse for him what was probably already a difficult day! Please be kind everyone! 🌻

My children have got their first vaccine shot at the store. The pharmacist manager and the nurse have been extremely kind and helpful to me and my children. We were helped immediately and were helped in a professional manner. Thank you!!

I went there for the covid vaccine and booked an appointment. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and the pharmacist did not care that I did all that and let other 3 people with walk ins going in front of it. I also find unacceptable that nobody cares that people getting their first dose of vaccine stay in the store without any mask. I would not shop there again.

Every time i go in there, i feel like a criminal. Constantly being followed by security even when checking out at a counter. I make a 6 figure income and I get that they need to do a job, but Im not the one. Last visit the gaurd was pretending to buy something next to me while the cashier rang me up. Like really!?!

I usually shop here and do not have any issues. Today, I came in around 2:15 pm and was waiting in line. There was a Hispanic man that was a cashier and he let another Hispanic lady that was getting in line behind me go directly ahead of me. Everyone should be treated equally and wait in line just as everyone else should. Coming from a business owner, I was disappointed in that particular customer service action that occurred.

Sorry, gotta do it. Gotta leave one star. Showed up at 7:20 a.m. to purchase some diabetic test strips. They were in a glass case. Asked the cashier if they could get someone to unlock it. They said yes. Waited 10 minutes. Nobody. Went to the front again and asked again. They said they'd send someone. 10 more minutes. No one. Finally the cashier comes to the back and says they don't have the keys and I have to wait for the pharmacy to open at 8:00. Wait for the pharmacy to open at 8:00. After 8:00, while opening the case, the pharmacist ASSURES me the cashier ALSO has the keys to the case. WOW. C'mon, this is simple stuff guys......
