The HQ store and the store in Cudahy by the gym I highly recommend. However if you're low on patience like I was atm or if you just don't have a filter or acceptance for ignorance and bs save yourself some time and DONT GO TO ANY OF THE Bell Gardens locations . They told me there that in order to fix my phone's problem I needed to buy a new phone which was COMPLETE BS . I went to the HQ office and as soon as I brought my phone in the clerk knew what my issue was and had it fixed in 8 minutes lol .

I went a few days ago and it was around 6:20pm and i was looking forward to switch my phones to metro pcs but the girl there was not feeling too happy to start the process since i walk in she was doing her make up and when i request to start the process she gave so many excuses about getting a phone that i knew she didn't wanted to work she was getting ready to leave early so i just left the store. I ended going to the store in bell and they gladly help me out with my phones and even though they where close to closing down they helped me out without a fuzz so yeah bad costumer service for that store in cudahy!!

These girls that work here are the worst and rudest humans I've ever met they are unprofessional and they over charge you for phones where you can get them free somewhere else Beware your going to get scam. There's a pandemic going on and they still want to steal money out of the community SMH if I could give zero stars I would!

I'm making monthly payments of $60 cash. Receipt shows different Conf# and different account #. Same cell phone number. I'm getting a receipt whit a 815 account # and getting texts whit a 550 paid account #, ending 3 digits. Receipt shows no first name only last name. Looks like a very good we'll organized company. Metro by T-mobile. There's a reason why the company is still in business.

$3 per customer service. There's more than 1,000 people in the city of cudahy ca 90201. Let's do the math. 8 hours open for business: 8 hours Approximately: 30 people in one day. $3 × 30 = $90 a day approximately. California minimum hour is: $11.00 8 hour shift × $11 = $88 for one employee. I wonder if this place is still open now. $90 - $88 = $2 a day. This place is making $2 a day profits. $2 a day. $10 a week. $40 a month. $480 a year. The only person that I seen there was a person whit a tattoo that told me. If I knew what the number 13 mean. I said no. He left. False advertising signs in there. The people to the right side look suspicious all the time. I let you be the judge of that. Metro PCS owner. I wonder if he knows about what's going on.
