Worst branch, wasted time to check my account and told me to make phone call even if the reason I go to the branch is I cannot process my request over the phone. Went to other branch, they know right away probably the account is blocked because possible fraud, do not have to show them the app message as I was forced to do so in this branch.

Shruti in the front was very pleasant and exceptionally helpful to me. I think she went way up and beyond to help me. Look at all the other terrible reviews here I believe she must not have been in front like she had been for me. The facility should appreciate her and attract more folks like her!!

Terrible bank terrible service. 👎🏼 We wanted to open an account for my wife. They were not helpful and did not care. Now we have opened an account at wells fargo bank.

While a clean, otherwise well managed facility, it is just nuts waiting in line for services. Many people were on speaker phone shouting their lungs out, so customers couldn’t hear what the teller was saying. When the customer complained and asked if they could ask the other customers to at least have a minimum decorum of public etiquette, they just had a blank face. It’s not a bank service center. It’s a trading floor.

Worst branch I have ever been to. Manager dresses like a janitor. The have a bouncer there ready to kick anyone out. Employees out numbered the customers. Only 2 of them were actually helping customers. The other Employees just were walking around trying to look busy. This branch is why I am going to close out my accounts and find a new bank.

one of the dumb bank in sunnyvale. no customer service nothing. no separate lane for business clients. one dumb tall guy giving bad customer service. after waiting in business lane for 5 min they said business lane is closed

Update: I wrote the post below over a year ago, and it's taken me this long just to go back to this bank, and strange enough it has gotten worse. It feels like they I'm being singled out for being a young person of color with money. This is how they treat preferred platinum I guess Attitude, ID under a flashlight, asking me a million questions about my business...just send me a notification that I have to verify through the app already and lets be done with it. If it wasn't for the Mt View branch I would've dropped BOA already. Shame I have to drive to another city just to make a bank run =================================== One of the absolute worst banking experiences of my life happened here. It was so bad I have never been back to this location and will likely never return. Now I exclusively go to the Mt View location because they actually recognize the fact that I am a customer.

Hima Vallabhaneni has terrible service and should not be working for BOA. I walked in to set up an appointment for a loan and was met with a stoic face and no greeting when she was supposed to be the person at the door. She rudely told me it would be a 40 min wait then finished her sentence with “have a seat”before I could say anything. I told her I’ll be back in 40 min because I do not wish to wait inside. I came back 40 min later for her to tell me it will be another 10 min and to “have a seat”. I told her again I’ll be back in 10 min and walked outside, there is still a pandemic going on why would I sit inside? After 10 min passed I walked back in for her to tell me that I can do it online and that no one at the bank could help me. I declined because I’ve already attempted to sign up online and ran into issues twice. She looked upset and chose not to answer my questions and just told me to “have a seat” again with an authoritative tone. After I declined and asked why she made me wait 1 hour if nothing can be done, she just walked off without saying anything. I don’t know if this is normal teachings from BOA but I’ve never felt this kind of service at a BANK. Wells Fargo wouldnt train such incompetent people. This lady clearly hates her job so it baffles me how she is supposed to be the greeter. On a side note, try to not say “have a seat” after every sentence, especially if the customer has already told you they don’t want to have a seat.

They are not care about the customer account safety at all, we had security issue and got hard time to reach out a representative via phone. So we came to the branch, the front desk was not trying to help at all, she telling us to walk in on Weekdays and waiting for someone cancel the appointment or make a 10 days later appointments. Ridiculous, this should be an emergency! This branch is useless, no wonder the rating is lower than 3
