I requested a delivery for a few items from Lowe's to be delivered to the business I work for. All the other Lowe's deliveries went perfectly. However, this Lowe's delivery was came 4 hours after the delivery cut-off time. I requested delivery between 12 and 4PM--this item was delivered at 8PM. The problem here is that I work in a shared facility that should be closed by 6PM. According to our camera's, the delivery driver self-signed the package at the front door and then did who-knows what with it. Nobody at our business address signed for it. I called customer support and they said I should have received a call if delivery was going to be 30 minutes or more late--something this Lowe's did not do, but the other Lowe's deliveries did call me before arriving to make sure I was available. I was then told I would receive a call from them to figure out a resolution to this issue as they delivered outside the delivery window, to a business that was clearly closed without contacting me. Well, it has been three days and still not follow up from these people. So it seems it is time to recontact customer support and get a refund because this store will not cooperate. If you are going to order delivery--avoid this store at all costs. They don't follow Lowe's delivery rules and they clearly don't care and will delivery your products to random people at a clearly closed business.

Had a online pickup. Great arrangement and fast service. One window is dedicated to online pickup, unlike Home Depot where pickups share the same line with returns. It’s much more convenient at Lowe’s.

It's hard to tell their service. I bought about 100 bricks here. Some staff provided great service, some didn't. The staff helped to load the bricks into my car. Some loaded neat, some did it sloppy. I feel the sloppy bricks might move when I drove home even I drove very slow and carefully. Indeed, it made me feel bad when I looked at these bricks after I got home. I lost my energy to do my yard work.

Grabbed 6 shelf supports from a bunch ( thought they are all the same)but when I got home, turned out 1 of the support is not the set I needed (probably misplaced by someone, could be a customer). Went back for return so I can buy one more of what I needed. Because when I was checked out for the first purchase, I used one of the supporter and scanned for 6 times, Man the lady at the return customer service just couldn’t figure out and keep saying the item I wanted to return is not on the receipt, cannot return… of course it’s not, I got the one wrong item, but she just don’t get that I paid 6 items but only got 5. Explained a couple times more she just couldn’t get it. Finally I had enough and just gave her the wrong item back and brought another one, it’s not worth my time.

I love shopping at Ace hardware. Everyone there is always so helpful and ready to assist. Don't always have the same experience as big box stores like... You know I'm talking about. This trip to Lowe's is very much like shopping at Ace hardware. People are available, friendly, ready and willing to help. And it is a little difficult to beat the prices at the big box stores

If you get a delivery from Lowes, check every single item VERY carefully before letting the delivery driver go. Especially stacks of seemingly identical items. These guys will mess up your job in ways you cannot possibly imagine. Don't trust. Verify everything.

Lowe's is way more clean and enjoyable to me than that orange big box hardware store...but I was just in there on this Thursday afternoon and ugh. I needed a variety of different things from different sections of the store. I walked back and forth through the entire store from the garden department to lumber and back again. I walked down both main aisles several times. I saw no less than 20 different employees on the floor. One person in the paint department said hello after my second pass there and that was it. I made eye contact with maybe 5 employees, most on the floor, some behind the desks. Not a word was spoken to me. Employees were congregating and speaking to each other. I checked out in the garden department. My cashier was pleasant and helpful. I had photos of some skus for unmarked items on my phone. I worked retail and I didn't want to mess around at the register. If I'd been greeted or offered help, I would have purchased more stuff. Just saying.

I like Lowes. They have a nice selection. As for prices, some are good, some not so good. I think it varies from where they are wholesaling. Buying appliances and having them delivered, especially if you have a special situation, isn't always easy but then at least you get some help...they do the best they can with how they have it set up.

It wasn't busy at all when I went and the staff were very helpful, unfortunately they didn't have exactly the paint product I wanted but they found me an equivalent and color matched. It seems to have been spot on ,I can't tell the difference. So the color match service personally would recommend

This store is a mess. Every time I am trying to buy or pick up something that needs some assistance it literally takes hours of my time :( Previous time people took about an hour to bring me a microwave that I prepaid a day before. And today super-slow people were trying to bring outdoor furniture for 1.5 hours and when I paid for this, it ended up that they brought the wrong table... And then they said that they won't put the furniture on my car's roof rack because...their manager said them not to do... Complete waste of the time - avoid this store if you can. Home Depot nearby is 100 times better!!!
