I had THE WORST experience renting a car from this location thanks to manager and MEAN GIRL Brittany LaPoint. 7.21.2022 I had to visit Enterprise due to my car being totaled (which in and of itself is already an emotional experience). My Initial contact and experience with Joshua Brooks my CSR was AWESOME, he was pleasant, patient and when I drove off the lot with a vehicle that had damage in the interior that was not initially noted or noticed, he was informed immediately and took care of assuring me that I would not be charged for it. It was at my 2nd & final visit that I had the displeasure of encountering and dealing with Ms. Brittany LaPoint. I thought I was walking into Enterprise to update my card and to possibly get a smaller car to extend my rental (I had called the day before about trading my car in for a smaller car). But somehow I ended up in a scene from the movie Mean Girls / Bring it On. The moment I walk in, I am greeted by the most pleasant Enterprise rep, Jalen Parrish. Her disposition was sunny and kind, I immediately share with her that I wish to update my card and begin to express interest in a car that I liked in their fleet. Out of nowhere, Brittany (whom I was to later discover was actually the manager), and who is standing to my left (as I am talking to Jalen on my right), immediately and without so much as a greeting, begins to cut me off query by query….that I am making to Jalan, NOT HER. After my business is done at Enterprise, I go back into their service desk and express to manager Brittany that her treatment of me was not appreciated. She explained that she needed to “nip it in the bud” concerning my desire for that particular vehicle because it was not available. I AM NOT A PLANT, I AM A CUSTOMER! Do you think she offered to see if another store had a similar or another vehicle? No she never made an offer to go the extra mile. I also told her that her posture was combative, cold and not friendly, (like in a cheerleading completion where the team leader tries to one up in stance their competition), she offers what feels like an insincere apology but stated that was not the case (but clearly it was). I depart sharing with the two awesome Enterprise team members that I directly dealt with (Jalen and Joshua) that my experience with her was THE WorST and thanked THEM for their time. FAST forward to today, I get a text from Brittany asking me to call in. Now I updated my card and I know and confirmed that it was good, so when I called her back she is pressing me up (like I’m trying to keep their card) It was clear by my account that my most recent card was legit. I expressed my frustration AGAIN to Brittany, and given our last interaction, questioned why she was even calling me. To which she replies that expressing my frustration with her was not necessary. Needless-to-say, the vehicle I was considering keeping was returned IMMEDIATELY! I plan on reaching out to their store manager Edwin Higgins as well. People may not remember the things that you do, but they will ALWAYS remember how you made them feel. And I feel like taking my business elsewhere next time. It is my hopes to see promotions given to Ms. Jalen and Mr. Joshua for their 5 star service. BUT the award for THIS REVIEW goes to Manager Brittney LaPoint for the horrible experience that unfortunately eclipsed the good.

Was told that they don't have any cars to exchange an unsafe to drive vehicle that was rented to me at Santa Monica location, but same representative told another customer, not to worry, since they have lots of cars to rent to her. Very unprofessional and unfair customer service. Suggest to take your business elsewhere.

It was a quick in n out type of process. Renting a car is better online. In-person they charge more. Also recommend filling up the tank before returning the car or its 80$ or more.

Got here for My reservation, I was not told I need a 150 dollar despoit when if it's through a no fault accident. Then when I try and figure that out. They give away the car I was interested in. No compassion and 0 solutions were given.

Been coming to this enterprise for a year now and they all are helpful, patient, & courteous. Terrance was their BEST EMPLOYEE, he would always help me. BRITTANY AND JOESPH I BELIEVE ARE GREAT AS WELL. Help me clear up some miscommunication on debit cards they accept. Even though it was a mess they still was very patient with me! I only come to this enterprise Joesph knows his cars very well👍🏾 10 STARS TO ALL EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION, Oh can’t forget about Joe as well he been helping me out lately, cool dude

Very nice Tahoe rented. The pricing was different than what we were quoted. They only take one credit card. You cannot split payment or use two different credit cards has to be the same credit card which is very inconvenient. Other than that they were friendly and probably use them again

Wonderful experience from start to end! Staff is so friendly and helpful! I rented an Audi SUV was fantastic and good price. The car was so clean and sanitized and had something like 50 different cleaning points checks they had to do and all looked and smelled super clean. Very nice gentleman picked me up from my place and took me to enterprise to rent, it was fast and efficient. Also when I returned the car I needed a ride back a gentleman drove me, so convenient! Will always rent from here when I’m back in California.

Tallish, bald Hispanic guy walking around with no mask on, and young woman wearing her mask on her chin. I made a reservation for 10am, got there at 12pm (my ride there got delayed) and the truck still had trash in it when we did inspection. Made me wait for 20 while they cleaned it. Point being, they had plenty of time to clean it before I got there. I rented a truck for 8 days and they couldn't give me a ride home because it was 3 miles away instead of their 2 mile radius.

Enterprise Quality of Service at 6230 Sepulveda Blvd., Van Nuys, CA 91411 The quality of service at this location could only be described as terrible. I’ve used Enterprise many times over the years either through my car dealership or private body shop or directly but the quality of service at this location was well below average. The itemized service failures at this location are as follows. - They didn’t pick me up nor drop me off. - Could not get a standard/economy car when there were plenty of them. - I was given a blue Nissan Altima then all of the sudden it was changed to another grey Nissan Altima where the radio volume didn't work well with my phone (hands-free required and GPS), sometimes cutting in and out. - Air in one of the tires kept losing air so I had to stop at several gas stations to resolve the tire pressure issue - Rude service personnel I called the Enterprise location where I had rented this car and indicated that I wanted another vehicle. An associate named Diana indicated that there were no cars left and told me I should call other Enterprise locations to find one myself. I finally found another location willing to switch vehicles. They were surprised that Diana didn't switch vehicles for me and even checked her location and saw that they had a few Nissans Altima and could have switched vehicles for me. When I eventually returned the car to the original Enterprise location, I had a chance to see Diana again and asked if Enterprise could drop me off at the body shop which was fairly close, and she answered "NO". I could only describe her demeanor as unhelpful and rude. Is this the way Enterprises train their managers??? Or just Diana personally???
