Waked in today around 3:30pm to ask some questions on opening a checking / savings account. There was nobody in the bank lobby and 3 bank reps at their desk and one teller. I was told no one can help me without an appointment, again there is nobody in the bank. They couldn't take 10 min out of their day and answer some questions. If I'm getting this bad of customer service now, what is it going to be like if I opened an account? It just crazy to me how unhelpful people are these days. To look a potential new customer in the face and say they can not help you, I just don't get it. Where has good customer service gone these days.

Only place that set up an acct for me without an appt and only $25 to open an acct. BofA wanted $100 and chase wanted an appt later this week.

ATM was out of order. So I had to go in. They have horrible attitudes. I walked in the cashier is wearing gloves (completely fine don’t have a problem with that)but you have to sanitize or change them between customers; otherwise,you are contaminating everything you touch. She asked me for my bank card, so I asked her to change her gloves first. She had an attitude and made snarky remarks for the remainder of my transaction.

These bank workers have no regard for others at all! Waiting in the drive thru is like waiting for your next birthday to come around. Their incredibly slow. There are people on foot waiting in the drive thru, which i think is uncalled for. Its hot outside and you have older people waiting . if you had any type of morals or cared for other human beings at all, you would have someone at the door to at least help these people out. Very selfish and i only gave a star because i had to.

This place is busy and now they have people engaging with clients in line. Lines move quicker with bankers taking deposits to their desks. Apart from being off freeway with just one ATM they make it work. New stuff recently but great people nevertheless.

I don’t really write reviews because I believe everyone have different experiences at different places. However, every time I come here took me way longer than I expected. So far I have been to this branch for wife transfer 3 times and each time I was denied for wire transfer each time. Last time I went for wire transfer I was told that I have to go to Davis and they can’t do the transfer here. I went to the midtown Sacramento branch and they had no trouble. Hope the branch officials see the review and do something about the service.

Loveee my bank. This location? Not so much. Called with a simple question and the girl who answered sounded like she hated her job and sighed heavily every time I had something to say. Her customer service skills don't represent this bank at all. I even commented on them and she gave me attitude in her voice. She sounded like she was in highschool being forced to talk to her long distant relatives by her mom lol I didn't ask for her name because I felt she would have hung up on me. She didn't even ask for my info to looked up my account. Overall, I'll avoid this location in the future. Great institution however.

worst experience ever. i always deposit checks on my account and it's available next day,but this branch put a 7 days hold on my check! messed up my account,because they released they fund on day and put a hold next day. now I have over $300 of overdraft. please do not go there.

Just one personal banker on a Saturday. SHE is occupied over 1 hour. Two custers left with out service after waiting long time. They should have atleast one more personal banker. Saturday 10/29/16.
