I was going to give a rave review because the customer service is so good, but then I discovered the list price of the alternator I purchased didn't include the core charge. It's very misleading to tell the customer a price then jack it up when the sale's been completed—downright dishonest, in fact. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

I love Autozone. Their tool lending program has come in handy on several occasions, and they are much more relaxed about the time frame you have to use the tool than their national competitors. Highly recommend.

I ordered some parts online in the evening. Minutes later I received a call. She said they did not have all of my order in stock, but she had ordered the missing parts and I could pick them all up at 10:00 AM the next morning. I received a call shortly after 9:00 AM next morning saying that my order was ready to pickup. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will be using them again. Great customer service!

I called this store around 11am to see if they had a part, they said they did and would hold for 12 hours. I came to the store around 5pm and talked to Joe who held his hands in the air and said “I have no idea…if you’re not here within an hour then that stuff usually gets put back on the shelf” to which I told him the associate earlier told me he’d hold it for 12 hours and he pouted off to look for the part, he found it, it wasn’t the right part (which is actually my fault that I asked for the wrong part but doesn’t warrant this rude behavior). We went to O’Reilly’s after and they were extremely helpful and we found the part we needed. Never going to an auto zone again, the employees don’t know what they’re talking about and they obviously can’t communicate in a mature or reasonable manner.

Customer service still exists! I found an item online that i realy needed and Dakota in Delta (a neighboring town) verified it to be in stock at his location and instructed me to go to my local store in GJ to request a transfer where another helpful person (Cassie) had it transferred over the same day and with a smile! Thank you both, great job! All too often we are at the mercy of people who arent helpful and only know the easy button! These 2 are keepers Auto Zone Thanks, Zane

Spent a goodly amount of time in this store today trying to figure out a starting problem. The staff was beyond helpful and patient with me and all my questions. They helped me figure out and fix my issues. Shout out to Joe, Kidd, and Cassie for all their help and great customer service.
