It does the job. I think it would be really great for the community if they stayed open till 12am again. I work late and everything closes down in Lakewood at 9pm. I just want to make dinner man.

The young guy with a hat working as manager at 10:20 pm is apparently not versed in what "managing" means. He declined the use of my temp ID without looking at it...Sometimes a judgment call is needed bud, not just denying it because you say "anyone could print that". No, not really. I go here literally every other day and have bought all items requiring an ID. Poor experience, next time I will give some pushback on wanting to see the policy.

The fact that they let things get bad enough that their workers went on strike shows they don't care about their customers. Pay your workers more, and give them better benefits! By mistreating your workers, you're degrading customer experience.

I bought my kids two different Amazon gift cards from this store. Unfortunately, both kids lost their cards. I went to King Soopers to get new cards and they told me I needed to get the new cards from Amazon. I contacted Amazon and they told me that neither card had been used and it’s a king Soopers problem (which I agree) so I called Krogers corporate office and they told me the store most definitely should give me credit, seeing how I had the original receipt, gift receipt, and the card that I purchased them on. Went back to King Soopers and they still will not even attempt to help…nor did they even look and the proof I had. I have found that King Soopers integrity has gone down hill…hence one reason for the strike but they’re priced much higher than Walmart, even with their “rewards”. I will NEVER shop Kings again and I especially won’t shop at the Lockwood Square anymore!!! Buyer beware if you buy gift cards from them.

Located in Lockwood Square Shopping Center. Plenty of off street and handicap parking. Handicap accessible entrance. Clean well stocked restrooms. Good selection of products including fresh produce, deli and bakery and Pharmacy. Shelves were reasonably well stocked considering the current COVID19 issues. The shopping center has plenty of other stores for one stop shopping

Had an issue with an online order. Management made it right and then some. Felt they truly cared about me and my business. See you guys soon! Thanks again, Colby! Update: more troubles with online ordering. Didn't tell me my order wasn't fulfilled until I got there. Fine. But don't make me drive all the way there. And for those of you reading this who are getting paid not to work... you should be ashamed of yourself. Your personally ruining this country

Never going back. Poor customer service caused me to leave the store without purchasing a cart of groceries I spent time choosing. I called the store as I was leaving the parking lot. After being on hold for 5 minutes I finally spoke with the requested "store manager." The male sounding voice apparently "wearing a hat" represented himself on the phone as the store manager. He was immediately explaining how the store defends it's decision. After explaining what happened he admitted that the scenario was not properly handled, but the correct action was taken. I will not go back.

They charge for cash back and claim they have all along. That’s not true. They didn’t charge when I went there not too long ago. I just went to Safeway and they don’t charge for cash back and have better attitudes and cleaner stores. The one off Kipling and Florida is especially dirty and smells like ammonia when you walk in.

Great new gas station. (Generally) Cheaper than fuel at the Union and Cedar store.
