I pulled into the bay as instructed. A young skinny kid was guiding me. I was rudely told to pop the hood because, I should already know what he wanted me to do next I guess. I am longtime friends with the manager and some of the staff. They have this new “stay in your vehicle” policy. Having worked on some of the equipment and being friends with many of the staff I stepped out of the vehicle as I always have in the past. I was immediately yelled at by the skinny kid to get back in my vehicle as if he was a cop and I was breaking the law. Told him no it’s OK I’m going inside. The kid yelled at me three more times telling me to get back in the vehicle and eventually slammed the hood with a great amount of force. Fortunately he did not dent it, but easily could have easily cause body damage. Valvoline express care is no longer a friendly atmosphere.

I’ve been goin here for oil changes for sometime, after today, I will take my money elsewhere. I pulled around the back and was awaiting instruction from one of the techs, one of them yelled out from inside, “pull in this bay, we can’t change it out there!” I’m not one to let things like this bug me, especially from some skinny punk but, that was ridiculous. I went in to inform the owner and he just gave me a blank look…. Great customer service!

Unlike every other Valvoline, this place doesn't allow you to bring your own oil, which is obviously so they can overcharge you for it. Not only is this dirty but it means you can't use Mobil or whatever your preferred brand is. It also means that if you use an unusual viscosity oil, they won't have it and there's no way to have the oil changed here. My car uses 5W-50, which Valvoline doesn't even make, so it's not like they're ever going to stock it either.

Can't believe the terrible terrible experience I had here on 15 Feb 2022 over what could have been an easily resolvable issue--not following first come first served policy. Left without service after apparent disgruntled employee and manger couldn't handle things. First, and last visit.

This place was great ! I needed an oil change and there was no wait. Additionally the mice had a nest going in the air filter which was quickly addressed as well. Fast friendly service and I would highly recommend 👌

I would suggest calling ahead to make sure they have sufficient Staffing to open whenever they say they're going to open online. Arrived at 8 was the only car there and was told that they would not be opening for another hour due to staffing issues. I also tried to call the evening before to be sure someone would be there to change oil in the morning when they are supposed to open, did not get an answer on the phone.
