Very friendly and helpful. Dropped off prepaid USPS packages. I figured they don’t get any money for these so I offered a tip to offset feeling like a freeloader. They wouldn’t take it. Seems like a good old fashioned mom and pop business.

Wouldn’t do any necessary shipping anywhere else. The owners are wonderful. They will gladly compare prices on various shippers so you get the best value. Always follow up with email with tracking and subsequent updates.

Unique Packaging and Shipping is INCREDIBLE. They are thoughtful about helping you, and are extremely kind. I had to buy a lot of uhaul boxes for a move and then unfortunately return some because we got too many. They were understanding, helpful, and really cared about me as a customer. I wish I had found them before I moved because they are fantastic!! If you have a choice, use this store.

Picked up a Uhaul at this location and the man who “helped” (wasn’t much help) was absolutely awful. He treated us with disrespect, rolled his eyes at us, and sighed every time we spoke.

I had my label printed and wanted to send it out using FedEx free box which is provided by FedEx for customers. The guy there didn’t allow me to take the free FedEx box instead wanted me to buy their box or go use a different FedEx office. Total scammers

This packaging/shipping place is GREAT. Efficient and affordable. I had some fragile, odd-size items packaged up and then shipped. Less expensive than expected, I immediately received the tracking info, and was informed when the packages reached the destination!

Unique just handled all of the packing and shipping for me and wound up being cheaper than if I packed everything myself and went to UPS! Not only that, but the staff is super helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. I’ve been using Unique for nearly a year and I’ll be coming back every time I need to shop!
