Yesterday unfortunately i went to this store and today i was tested positive by covid. I'm seeing several comments from people of coronavirus. They should close this store and disinfect it. Someone there an employee must be contaminated. The store was clean but need disinfecting

I see a lot of reviews about this store and people are contaminated they should close for a while and disinfect for safety. Maybe they have an infected employee and they don't know. I'm at high risk, I have diabetes and I think all this is a lack of respect for us as a Verizon customer.

Well writing a bad review because it's my only option & it's impossible to speak to anybody from this Verizon on the phone. Went in, told them all I cared about were my photos and messages being transferred to the new phone. Thanks to this Verizon I lost a few hundred photos. Not only that they gave me the wrong phone! It shouldn't be up to the customer to be a professional. I came to Verizon thinking they knew what they were doing. I am absolutely heartbroken over the loss of these photos. Even worse Verizon doesn't care or respect the magnitude of this loss. Your employees should care more about your customers experience than how quickly they can get the customer to leave. All I needed or cared about were those photos. Sent me out the door with my new phone still in the box.... and deleted my old phone before without checking to make sure everything was transferred. I will be ending my contract with Verizon after this billing cycle because of this location & this experience.

Well I was ripped off the first time I went there to buy 2 phones. However when I went in to replace a phone under warranty, I completely felt better. I learned that the guy who had initially ripped me off no longer worked there.Also Ciaran was awesome and very knowledgeable. I ended up actually buying an additional phone. He also gave me a tremendous discount for everything I had previously been through. I recommend 100%.

Super friendly super Covid safe. Staff was patient with every step as I updated the family plan and picked up a new phone. Jenn makes some great conversation and when I went back to fix something I slipped up they fixed it in less time than it took to explain the problem.

I had a unique situation in which Fedex delivered my brand new 2021 iPad to my home, but left it in an unsecured place on my driveway and it was run over by a car. I went to Chris Morris, a manager at this store and I was quite frustrated with the whole situation with what happened with Fedex. I was also not optimistic about a positive response from Verizon. The other managers were also very understanding to my frustration and allowed me to vent and where very empathetic to my situation. They listened and told me they would help in any way they can. After getting no where at another store where they just told me they can't, Chris pulled me aside and told me he understands and he would get on it to work everything out for me and to give him a few days. I didn't expect much, assuming he ever did call me back. He called me back in two days and told me that a replacement is being overnighted to my house and everything is all set. In this day and age, to have someone come through when they told you they would makes all the difference. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for devices or help from Verizon.

Ciaran was very helpful. TALKED slowly,not rushed,no pushy sales talk!!!... Ps I’m amending my review,! After I brought my new phone, I had difficulty in downloading info from my old phone to my new phone . Verizon refused to do it in store , even tho I kept saying what if I have problems??? I spent days trying to download info and kept getting stuck , I went back at the end of a week and then they helped me! I live abt 40 min away! Overall a Frustrating experience!!! I don’t think I will use Verizon next time!!

This store seems to often push a lot of items in a sale, then the billing gets messed up, then you have follow up in myriad ways to get it fixed. Seems selling product, not service, at all costs is this store manager's mantra. You have options, go somewhere else. I'm a 20+ year customer & this store is making me rethink.

I was sold two phones, each with a $400 off Black Friday deal at this store. The $800 credit was to be applied to my account. Next bill came and no credit was applied. I went back to the store and was told that the credit would get applied after 3 billing periods. I waited 4 and still received no credit. So went back to the store and spoke to the manager, who was also present the night I bought the phones. They put me on the phone with Verizon Customer “support”. Verizon rep said there was no record in the system that the discount was applied to the sales transaction. Rather than owning up to not entering the sales transaction in properly, the store manager denied the offer was made and refused to stand by the $800 credit. I requested to speak with a higher level manager at Verizon Customer “Support”. They said I would get a call back by the next level manager but it would take up to 72 hours. That was about 10 days ago. I have been with Verizon for several years. That will end soon. I found a lack of integrity and customer support both at this location and on the phone.

They work on commission. Just be aware, is all. There's music with a strong bass beat playing, everybody is happy, surrounded by beautiful, expensive tech.
