I decided to finally start caring for my 52 year old face. My cousin suggested asking the ladies at Blue Mercury. I drove a half an hour and I’m so glad I did. I believe the ladies name was Claudine. She evaluated my skin, asked how much time I wanted to spend on my skin regiment and suggested a few products. I’ve been using them and I am very impressed. I have sensitive skin and sensitive eyes and these products are non irritating and I am starting to see the difference in a weeks time. She listened to my needs and met them. I’ll be making that trip a few times a year.

Clearly Sangeeta (the customer with the review below mine) did not understand the sale. I was in the store that day & felt very uncomfortable because she was so rude to the workers. I felt so bad for them. Always such great service at this store. Thank you Claudine, Mackenzie, and all for your amazing help and customer service every time I come in.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Do not go to this store. They had a deal - spend $250, get 20% off + a gift. I spent more than $250 but they said I don't qualify for the gift since it was less than $250 after the discount. Makes no sense. Claudine (the manager) was rude, obnoxious and aggressive. She was not listening, did not bother understanding the situation, and was verbally attacking me and the salesperson helping me. Worst experience ever.

Terrible customer service.. I returned a gift from my daughter the woman with bleached hair was extremely rude and seemed annoyed.. she rolled her eyes and said ugh this was bought in Westport you really should be returning to where your gift was bought now they got the credit for the sale and we take the return that affects are numbers… she was rude the whole exchange… yet she was nice last time I spent lots of money buying my daughter all chantecaille makeup. Last time I visit this store
