We did all of our Christmas shopping here! One stop shopping. They have ornaments, pajamas, socks, Vera Bradley, jewelry, cards, and statues! Can't wait to go back!

They often have Hallmark items the bigger stores have sold out of. This store is a forgotten gem. They also have Pandora. Much better than a mall trip

Their stated hours on the door AND on their website says open @ 9:30. Got there for 9:30 and no one was there. LESS THAN A WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Will never go back.

The store was ok but, the owner stared at me and followed me around the store.. it was super creepy

Their hours say they open at 10:30. I was there at 10:35 and the doors were locked and all the lights off. I figured I would wait a few minutes in case the person opening was in the back or something. I watched a woman pull up in her car, sit there for a minute or two and then walk up and unlock the doors and walk in. She did not come back to turn the sign around until about 10:50. I understand people can be late occasionally but she was not in a hurry nor did she seem sorry for an inconvenience.

Met the shop owner, very nice man unfortunately they were robbed the night before... he still.tried to help me best he could even directed me to his competitors for a mathersday gift. Great guy, beautiful shop, waited till he was back up and running and gave him my business... Mom understood the late gift. Lol

Unfortunately, I have not had good experiences with this store. While it has all the great products one would expect at a Hallmark store the young ladies working there clearly want to be somewhere else. I have shopped at this store at least a dozen times over the past year as I work very near to them and I have never had friendly service from any of the associates. I once asked about a certain type of event card and despite no one else being in the store the young lady described where I could find it rather than showing me. I found this very surprising and a bit irritating. The "last straw" was a recent visit to the same store by my wife on Sunday 10/22. I dropped her off to get a card while I waited in the car. Upon her return to the car the first thing she said to me was what a rude attitude the associate had. My wife said the associate barely spoke to her which is exactly the kind of service I have received. I never mentioned to my wife about my experiences so this pretty much confirmed this is the way they choose to service their customers. I can assure you that if I can purchase what I need from some other retail vendor rather than from Barry's Hallmark I will. I have a choice as to where I spend my money and I'd like to spend it at a place that appreciates my business. They clearly do not.
