BUYER BEWARE!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst car buying experience of my life!! Initially rejected the first delivery due to damage to the vehicle (after being lied to about it) & then accepted delivery on the 2nd vehicle which also required minor repairs but agreed to bring in for service. Overall my car was in service 3 separate times (total time about 3-4 weeks) because each time they repaired something, they damaged something else!!! (no exaggeration & have before and after services photos to prove it). Staff there is so inconsiderate (actually made fun of us behind our back when they thought we weren’t looking) and disrespectful (with special emphasis on Andre the “manager”) and not at all what you expect to get when buying a “luxury” car. It’s a shame that this is how Tesla is managing their business, i.e. rookie employees that cause additional damage to the vehicle & rude staff that doesn’t really care to make your buying experience a pleasant one. Bad management combined with employee negligence is all you will get from this location!! Save yourself the trouble and pray another location is better managed.

Terrible customer service. I scheduled a pickup and service drop off for the same day, and time. Somehow looks like the person that was handling all from Tesla didn't scheduled both appointments properly so I arrived at 11am as instructed and I was late for the service (10:15am) and too early for the pickup (12pm). I made the line, I drove the car to inside as instructed there and the lady simply told me that I have to wait because the person that will handle my appointment "was busy with the customers that arrived on time"...really? It was handle wrong by her team and on top of that she treated me like I was her child? Well... I waited, and more than 40 minutes later they called me, I asume more because I didn't payed attention to them nd the car was in front than because they really wanted to help me. I reported vibrations while breaking and sometimes the steering wheel vibrates, this last one are random and at any speed. Based on that they recommended alignment and today on the app they suggested brand new tires. At this point I will recall back that appointments and make another in a different location because they are simply guessing or selling all they can to me because honestly I would be looking more at the brakes, rotors ,etc to find out the vibrations while breaking and not new set of tires.

First they didn't have the glass roof replacement for the original time of my appointment, so I had to reschedule. Then they didn't have a borrow car while they're making the fix so they gave me Uber credits- ok fine. But lastly when I did come back to pick it up- which they said I can do after hours, there was a car blocking mine so I couldn't get it. This is the closest service center to Miami which is an hour drive each way for me with traffic. I was extremely upset and they did absolutely nothing to hold themselves accountable for the time I wasted. Spoke to the manager and he did nothing about it, fire that guy.

One year waiting for my model Y, now is stock in Fort Lauderdale for the past 30 days because is missing a port charger. Unit is paid off as they requested a month ago because it was "ready to be delivered" ... that was before the missing part issue came up. went to explain my situation to the general manager Andrew and he was careless and showed no empathy to the fact that I've been driving rentals for a month because of the last minute push back delivery date due THEIR missing parts.... no loaner was offered, no alternatives provided... no nothing. Tesla customer service doesn't exist, they don't care about customers and all you get are NO's. update: another NO, you cannot move delivery appointment once is made.... this is unreal but everything comes to an end.... NEVER AGAIN....stay away from this brand. We also owned a Korean brand (Kia) and their customer service is way better than Tesla. I guess that the owner is too busy thinking how to buy Twitter and how to get to the moon.

Absolutely no help from the team upon buying a 57k car. They brought to car to the front, didn't show me how to use the key, use the app, functions of car. Absolutely no help at all from them. My car came with a large gap in the window. Im very upset with the whole experience. If it rains, it's 100% coming in my car. Will update my review based on how they repair my brand new car. Kind of sad that this even passed qc. I ended up driving my car back and forward and taking complimentary Uber rides. If I remember her name, Adriana, saved me. She ordered me a new window and replaced it for me. My bumper was also mis aligned which got fixed when the window did. Just a pain to buy a new car that failed qc
