I literally just left from up there, they’re are Careless of there customers. I came in today to open a new checking account and they was rude, also Danielle carfso gave me cold shoulders when I asked for help not welcoming at all. That’s not the right way to treat new customers, by the way I decided to go back to my bank I was first with.

Horrible service is the best I can say about Wells Fargo. They closed a better and more convenient location at Hunter's Crossing just to keep this one going. I waited 15 minutes just to get to the drive up window. Four drive thru lanes and one teller. What happened to all the people from the other location?

I had an appointment this morning at 9:30 here (only doing appointments due to covid). A couple of people were out front arguing when I arrived. The door was locked, I called the branch phone number and no one answered. I noticed vehicles in the drive-up so I went through there but no one was at the window. Was finally approached by an employee outside who said this location was closed due to "technical difficulties" This gentleman was in the group arguing when I arrived and it was very clear what the "technical difficulties" was. A complete waste of my time, I now have to try to get another appointment at a different location because I couldn't get one at another location before work. Won't be coming back.

Hours of work too short... last visit was one teller, I’ve been late to work on 1.5 hour, and got in fender/bender car accident, trying to get out from line..! Tellers always been nice, but hours have to be extended...!!!! And other closest branch closed completely..! What’s Going On..?!?!

Appointment at 10:30am was set 24hrs in advance. We arrive, its 12 noon now and they say we have to go to another branch to get our appointment taken care of. Wasted an entire day.

I rarely go to the bank but I was surprised when I entered this one. I’ve never been greeted at the front door in all 8 years I’ve been with them, but this branch definitely greeted me! They were so nice and genuine, I’m not sure how anyone leaves a bad review. Great service

I've used this branch for my business for 15 years. It was Wachovia back then (I miss them). For the last 5 years or so, the service at this location is worse than bad. Generally, I could prepare my business deposit 4 or 5 times in the time I spend at this drive-thru, even when there's nothing much going on. Today, I pulled in at 8:55AM in the commercial lane, behind a man who submitted one or two pieces of paper. In another line was a woman, alone in a car. One or two cars parked and went in. There were more parking spaces available than filled. Somebody briefly chatted with the woman in the car. After 15+ minutes of nothing happening I backed out, drove to the next branch north at Hunter's Crossing, got immediate service and was in and out in less than five minutes. Now, as I said, I have been banking at this branch for fifteen years. I have recently watched employees (you can see almost the entire lobby) who don't seem to care about prompt service. I have watched apparent supervisor/manager (suits) walking around, oblivious. When I go to a bank drive-thru, I do not allocate 30 minutes. If I'm first or second in line I expect to be out of there in ten minutes. I could go on about other issues I've had with this branch (some border on ridiculous). I am in the habit of going there. I need to break that habit.

I hate this location. The people here have been rude to me multiple times in the past and now I am trying to call them to take care of some business and they will simply not pick up the phone. To me this location seems to be lazy and uninterested in helping you accomplish whatever it is you need to get done. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have because they haven't even earned one in my book.
