Had one of my employees by 2- 24x36 whiteboards for my business. He came back with the receipt showing that the grand total between the two white boards was almost $200! I had him go to Walmart to see if they had any cheaper, Walmart sells the exact same size, different brand for $10.50. when my employee returned the outrageously overpriced whiteboards back to office Max, the employee behind the desk was confused, they said that $100 is the going rate for a whiteboard nowadays and that it can be used as a tax write-off. My employee laughed at them and said that he just went to Walmart and spent 20 bucks. Literally saved $180 by going to Walmart instead of officemax. I don't recommend anybody use OfficeMax if they're going to be charging prices like this. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had to order what we needed, never got delivered. Called the C/S number they couldn't even find the order other that it shipped, store claimed it was in Hillsborough could not tell us what state had to dispute charges

I went in after work for just a wireless mouse. I left with an amazing customer service experience. Anthony was so happy and polite. Brought me directly to what I was looking for, asked if I had any questions. Once I grabbed what I needed, he cashed me out quickly. It’s refreshing to go into a store and have an associate happy to see you, happy to help. He brought such a positive light to what seems like a quick dull task at the end of my day. I’ve worked in customer service for almost 20 years and associates like that, are hard to come by. The store is clean and organized. All around great experience, thank you Anthony!

I could not be more disappointed with the photocopy Department! Don't waste your time or money! I went in on Thursday June 2nd. Young lady Shayane took my order for save the date birthday announcements, with a photo in the background. I was told that someone would send me a proof of the card by Saturday and the order would be ready by Monday. However I did not hear anything Saturday so I called Sunday no one could find the proof or the picture I left or any instructions from Shayane!?! Calked back Monday and was told Shayane would be back Tuesday to complete my order?!? (My mistake was paying upfront because I trusted Shayane!) On Tuesday I received a email with the proof the card looks fine the print was NOT covering the eyes or mouth of the picture!?! Picked up the order on Wednesday only to find all 100 announcements had the print across the eyes and mouth of the photo in the background hence making it useless for the effect initially wanted! Maybe it was spite by the members of the Office Max photo department, since I called to question why I was neglected as a customer?!?

The staff went above and beyond to help me. They were so kind and caring and answered all of my questions. They made sure that everything was perfect! Everytime you walk in the store someone greets you, I was very impressed with their service.
