The bank is under construction and I needed to used the restroom, the teller told me they don't have a restroom he couldnt help me. Not only I bank w pnc and so does my husband... and yet the representative said sorry i cant help you! Absurd!

THIS is where to go for a PNC bank. The ladies here are quite knowledgeable and kind, especially to a luddite like myself. I appreciate it beyond words. Moving here was tough, especially in the midst of ya'll acquiring BBVA, my old bank, and all the stuff I had in my life going on, and the gals have been excellent to me throughout. Thank you very much. PS: Hunters Creek needs improvement.

Does anyone ever pick up the phone at PNC Bank. I've tried their 888#(english), 866#(spanish) and you are put on hold for an available agent and then transferred and no one picks up. As I am writing this review I have been on hold at their John Young Parkway branch for 10 minutes, call just dropped and no one ever picked up. If I could give them less than one star I would.

They are using COVID as an excuse to understaff the branch and getting anything done there requires an appointment and an act of God. The teller we dealt with during our last visit was rude and we had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times because she was wearing a mask... while talking to us through a speaker from 20 feet away. This branch used to be fantastic, and a few of the employees still are, but like so many other businesses they've started treating customers poorly and using the pandemic as an excuse.

The 3 tellers became like another family to me that I see once a week. They know me by name. Lisa, Michelle, and Maria. My son is also a charm to them too.

Every time I come I have to wait over 2 hours for someone to assist me... is horrible.. plus during the night time when I come to utilize my atm I find homeless people sleeping in front of the building and close to atms.. horrible attitude from staff

Well here it is my mother went there for a home loan waited an hour, and not 1 person offered to help. I told her I would call from New York thinking I can get results, well it didn't happen after 5 calls I got tired of waiting., What a bunch of goof balls any Bank in new york would jump on the opportunity to service a loan.Even the DJ quit and stopped the music while I was on hold. I should consider investing in a bank in that area all I would need is good customer service, he'll just someone who picks up the phone will suffice.
