Good, old fashioned hardware store filled with nice, helpful people. It's refreshing to support a local establishment these days. I don't really know how their prices stack up, but when you have a question (or a quick key made) it's...handy.

I bought a multi tool that included a flashlight, didn’t work right out of the box, even with different batteries. Lady told me “I’m not sure what to tell you, send it to manufacturer”. I left it on the counter and walked out. On a + note, the lady that reeked of alcohol at noon was very kind and helpful in helping me find a replacement bolt.

I went in to have a key made. The employee had to call another employee to help find the correct blank to start with. Got home and the key did not work. Very disappointing . Parking: Small parking and it's on a main busy road. Hard to back out in all the traffic.

Great selection! A real hardware with actual helpful people so you can find that thing you need. The big box stores are ok, but there's many items you just won't find anywhere but a real hardware store. I found my replacement pressure cooker seal, & parts for my shutters. Great! Limited parking, but I've never had trouble getting a spot.

Authentic hardware store. With very good selection in screws that are used in this country you will find it there. If they created a small space with a specialty in "titanium screws" they would be the number one! Great team, great customer service.

I stopped in today to get a key cut and they did their diligence define replacement but to no avail . Sent me to a locksmith right up the street which I really appreciate and was able to find what I needed
