This location is great. The staff is friendly and they are typically in stock for everything you could need from home depot with the occasional shortage that are usually attributed to supply chain issues these days. This location is usually in stock on a majority of rental equipment that home depot offers in their catalog with few exceptions.

Decent Home Depot off of East Colonial. Nothing special, but I have never had an issue either. Spent a year building out an office near this location, and we used to be here every other day. Easier to exit the parking lot on Amber Rd.

I’m a regular to this Home Depot, and I have always encounter employees who are helpful most of the time , however we always have problems with the security guard and my wife’s service dog. Last time we were there, the security guard complained that our dog was to close to the merchandise, which it made no sense as it was a bunch of bags of mulch but he’s reasoning to create an scene in the middle of the store in front of a lot of people was that people would buy the merchandise and the dog is gonna contaminate it, how do you contaminate mulch, no idea. We had no issues with the actual employees of this Home Depot, only the security team.

Early Sunday morning trip....seems the layout is different in all home depot stores. Asked for help and received polite, accurate info as to where an item was. ****I usually don't ask for help but I was pushing a cart loaded with pressure treated 2x4x10's....hard to maneuver down lanes. Checkout was a breeze and I was on my way.

A lot of workers hanging out and nobody to assist you. We left without our keys because they were more interested in talking to each other than working. Also we used the self check out and we could easily had left without paying half of our stuff. Watch out managers!

I and my husband are regular shoppers at this specific Home Depot, but Sunday afternoon July 10th we went to buy some plants. And boy i have to mention, and i hope the managers review these reviews that us customer's leave on here, there was a older Lady at the register attending to us, and she literally is working in the wrong area where there are so many beautiful plants and flowers, she was rude, and her body language and additude we're horrible, she literally should had stood home. I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. She was board of life, like she hated that she was working there. I'm sorry but please put someone pleasant to work in that area. Thank you.

Time Consuming: Home depot stores are huge? Locating a product is very time consuming! I asked one employee to direct me to the items I was going to purchase she directed me to another employee who announced over the speakers. Customer needs assistance. Waited 15 minutes no help came. It was announced again waited another 10 mins. Finally help arrived! Showed him pics of items. He was well informed. My items were sold out. Suggested to buy another brand but there was a huge increase in price. Tried another store with no luck. Frustrated I went home empty handed. A suggestion for Home Depot shoppers buy on line and pick up!

This home depot location did not reserve trucks over the phone while others did and as a pro is an inconvenience. In addition the staff at the lumber side and doors were nowhere to be found. Considering that I got what I needed thanks to my professional ways of moving around is why I give this store a 3 star not a 5. Step it up management and level up if you think I am spending thousands at this store like I do with others.

They have what I need sometimes and are across the street. The store staff are reluctant to help but ultimately have been kind. They are regularly out of stock on a good number of things, their install services are pricy, and customer service has a few rude apples. I far and away prefer Lowe's or Ace Hardware if I can make it to one.
