Best hardware store in Orlando, Florida (FL) 2024

This home depot location did not reserve trucks over the phone while others did and as a pro is an inconvenience. In addition the staff at the lumber side and doors were nowhere to be found. Considering that I got what I needed thanks to my professional ways of moving around is why I give this store a 3 star not a 5. Step it up management and level up if you think I am spending thousands at this store like I do with others. ~Alain

I went in to purchase a lawn mower, early on a Saturday, and was assisted by a very personable and friendly assistant. He was full of information regarding my purchase, and offered helpful suggestions. The box i chose, when pulled from the shelf, actually had an expired sales tag on the back, and he took the time to walk me up to the checkout and verified the price i paid was the sale price. The checkout assistant was very friendly and took care of the transaction easily and quickly. i have to say, it was probably the best trip i ever made to home depot. I dont give 5 stars very often, but this deserved it. ~Stuart

Really good location, always friendly staff and wide selection of products. They are also pet friendly which is great if you want to take your doggo to socialize with the world and be with you on your trip to the hardware store. ~Angel

This place was amazing!! I had been looking for special size doors for over a month and no matter where I went either no one had them or online was super expense to have them ordered. I decided to try Thomas Lumber as a last resort and when I went in the woman at the desk was super friendly and was able to help me immediately! She helped order the doors and was able to let me know they would arrive the next day!!! This was the best experience I have had in a long time when it comes to special orders!
