Terrible customer service with extremely rude management. Even after calling customer "care" and having them contact the store to help make wrongs right, the management couldn't care less. We will be closing our credit cards and pro accounts and taking all of our business to a different company. I know $15-$25K a year probably doesn't matter to home depots bottom line, but I am sure another company will be happy to take it.

One of the busier home depot's on the area. Never had a problem, but sometimes product availability does not match the shelves. What are you going to do?

I went in to purchase a lawn mower, early on a Saturday, and was assisted by a very personable and friendly assistant. He was full of information regarding my purchase, and offered helpful suggestions. The box i chose, when pulled from the shelf, actually had an expired sales tag on the back, and he took the time to walk me up to the checkout and verified the price i paid was the sale price. The checkout assistant was very friendly and took care of the transaction easily and quickly. i have to say, it was probably the best trip i ever made to home depot. I dont give 5 stars very often, but this deserved it.

Great for common material, but for specific or custom it is tough to find what you're looking for. Would recommend for paint although, they have a wide selection.

Very unprofessional here asked for help 3 times no one came to help . They are not even busy . The employees here don’t want to work it seems . They are too busy socializing with each other then help the customers who pay their salary. Also went to the pro desk to check out after not being helped . Which I couldn’t find out if they even had what I was looking for . My favorite part they see you need help and the walk away. And had to wait 30 minutes for someone to get off the phone. To be helped. So disappointed with my experience here .

It is not possible to neglect the customer when cutting some wood in any of the home depots in Central Florida, you can’t get help with that 1 hour wait for them to cut a piece of wood

Worst customer service!!!!!!!! Waited 20 minutes for someone; anyone to unlock the security to the M18 batteries I wanted to purchase. Have them call the manager; he apologized and said the person with the key is cutting keys. I asked; only one person has the key. Manager walked away. I left my cart where it stood and left. My company spends hundreds of thousands of dollars with Home Depot each year. I will be talking to Lowe's about moving ALL of business to them. I won't go back to this store and I highly recommend no else do either. Especially if you some customer service! They don't have it!!!!

No help from the floor salesperson. They announced that we need help. Never received bad service before. I guess it was close to time. Since one the personnel said he wasn't closing. .

Words can neither qualify or quantify how helpful Connie Luka was. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable with the plumbing's codes, and plumbing's fittings I was looking for. She also was very patient with me and with other customers. I thing Connie Luka is a pillar in the Plumbing Department and excellent worker and she deserves a huge kudos. Thank you so much! Good store clean setup. Staff was pretty helpful. Quick, clean, efficient pricing. Only been a time or two but it’s good for a quick pickup and isn’t crazy busy.
