Really good location, always friendly staff and wide selection of products. They are also pet friendly which is great if you want to take your doggo to socialize with the world and be with you on your trip to the hardware store.

Needed to go get plant fertilizer and started browsing for plants to add to my home and I was approached by a man in normal clothing. No sign that he was an employee and began being heavily questioned. Then I was followed asking repeatedly how I was checking out. I guess people aren’t allowed to shop anymore but the entire experience and “employees” with regular clothing on just like to harass the customers. I will not becoming back and shopping here. This was incredibly inappropriate being followed around by a man as a female. Lowes needs to address how their employees treat the customers because this was nothing less then creepy. There’s also huge rats running around the garden area and store.

Pathetic service! I ordered and paid for my appliances in early July - it’s mid August and Lowes just cannot figure out how to schedule delivery and install. Today was yet again supposed to be my scheduled delivery and install and no one showed up or emailed or called or texted. After my install time window expired I called Lowes again - no one ever tells you the same story twice and everyone has excuses. It’s like each Lowes employee makes up their own rules and capabilities on the fly. I just had yet another Lowes install person essentially call me a liar. And the install department had me on hold for the past half hour and just hung up on me. Forget this month and a half insurmountable mountain of crazy - instead of getting my appliances installed today, I’m going to now spend what’s left of my day off going to their store, canceling my order, telling these nuts to keep their insanity, return my pile of $$$$ and I’m going to Best Buy

I am so frustrated by this Lowe's location. Very rare that I give a poor review. But there is rarely any help in the store. Answer this way for 3 years. Only a few employees are helpful, most just point and say "it's over there", or are confused when you're asking for something, like a PVC reducer for sprinkler system. Two employees back-to-back had no idea what PCV reduce her for a sprinkler system pipe was. One asked me twice if it was electrical. On 3:00 to 4 occasions in the past year, I have asked for help and they said they would send somebody to the aisle that I was in. No one ever came. This was another time that no one ever came and I waited 15 minutes. This is just my opinion. But I think this is a store manager top down issue at this location. Hopefully Lowe's reads this, and take some sort of action.

Ridiculously slow curbside pickup and customer service. Waited over 30 minutes with no other vehicles at the curbside parking spots for a single item order. It used to be great but the employee that was doing all the curbside left. Go to Lake Nona for best service.

A place where you can find everything and anything you need. Materials are better than others. Great staff always willing to help. Lots of free parking including lots if jandicap and the only place that dedicated special parking for Veterans. Good Veteran/Military discount without any hassle like others.

Worst place ever!!! We needed a lot of wood from high up and they said they couldn’t bring any down till the wood that was down was empty. There was 7 pieces of wood down and only 3 were good. The others all were split. Couldnt be used I asked for a manager who never came. They finally got a forklift to bring the wood down. They placed it on a higher shield where it was dangerous to get. 6x6 having to bring down above your head. I asked for a manager again and he never came!!! Make sure you take a picture of the items that you are buying because they always charge more until you show them how much it says it is !!! We left I tried calling. No one answers the phone!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

Easy to navigate store with good signage and large aisles and lots of items. Had a return and was easy no hassle to return even opened (unused and with receipt) and refunded in full to credit card charged no questions asked (despite me not having the card with me). I’ve also had them do returns with no receipt to credit card of purchase when I had that versus receipt which is so convenient compared to many other retailers! This particular lowes also had a good amount of sales people to help throughout the store and during my 20 minute visit I was easily able to find help from multiple people. They were helping in finding what I needed as well as suggesting alternate products when there wasn’t what I had particularly been searching for as well as giving me advice on products where I was a bit out of my element on what exactly to buy and what to purchase for installation.

Moldy 4 x 1 x 8. I picked 10 that had very little mold, even though I needed 40 pieces. When I got to the register I told the cashier that I needed more but they were too moldy and I showed her the picture I took. That it, I did not complain nor ask them to do me any favors. I was simply bummed that I needed more and they were too moldy for me to use. She called “Ryan” who was nearby, he comes over with an attitude saying “its just service mold, I can’t stop mold from growing”. Very bad totally unprovoked attitude. I simply said I can’t touch or breath mold, These pieces will be used to finish a wall where they will be exposed and mold stains wont look good. After he left, I told the casher “mold is mold”. And she agreed. Labeling it “Service mold” doesn’t make it any less harmful to humans. They don’t provide gloves and masks for customers to handle excessively moldy wood. Very disappointed.

Good choice of goods, good service. Many items are cheaper than in other places. Service in the store is very good. They will explain everything, show with do for the client (for example - Bryan). A very friendly and qualified Kat helped us to choose the right window blinds and cut them to the required size. There is one more thing this store does. It helps to decorate the area around our house. The choice is very large and I always find what I need.
