Awful customer service and food preparation. Other location in Pembroke Pines is a lot better or even Miami Lakes. Ordered an Iced Vanilla Cream Cold Brew online and they had no idea how to make it apparently and kept telling me it doesn’t come with cream when I showed them my online order and the photo that is on the app. I was told to just put half and half in the back to the drink myself that it should taste the same when that’s not at all what I ordered. The customer service was rude and the place was also very dirty nothing like how the other locations I’ve mentioned earlier are at all. Will never come back here again.

Cashier needs to really think of transferring to the afternoon shift or something. She doesn’t greet nor speak to anybody. She’s on her cell phone while ordering with a face like the world is against her. The staff making the food are the ones who should be making this review a 5 star. Not only Friendly but greeted every person walking in to the door.

Some weekends are better than others and what I mean by that is the employees. There's one particular person slow as molasses really didn't care about getting the order done quickly. As I was eating I was observing this person just taking their sweet time. Quickly the line started filling up because of lack of sense of urgency with this person. Guys keep you good employees get rid of the ones that are slow for business sake. Also notice a couple of customers getting irritated... orders were getting mixed up... A turning to a disaster very quickly I even spoke to one person who was waiting to pick up in order I guess he worked for a food delivery service and he said he was waiting for 20 minutes just for bagels.

I ordered 2 Texas Brisket Egg sandwiches. Nothing like the picture. Misleading and the smallest sandwiches I have ever received!!! Worst Einstein to get what is expected . Don’t waste your money!

The food was good. But the customer service from the employees is horrible. Don't expect a "hello" or conversation. The first time going I order my food and the guy never told me to go the end to pay and wait for the order. Several times I have gone back and it's the same thing. The register is super dusty and the coffee was warm. I prefer Offerdahls!! The customer service is great and they make you feel like family. If it wasn't for it being on the other side of town, I would go more often.
