Well what can I say 🤷I love VS panties, bras and body care, but I have to give kuddos to Chanel. I love and appreciate awesome customer service. Chanel went beyond patience. I take some time lol and she was so patient and helpful. Associates like her make me go back to the same location over and over when you have your specials and I rejoice in being treated with such great care. Thanks Chanel, you definitely deserve to be promoted to management soon, great communication and service skills. 👏

Worst service from the manager in charge!!! By the way with no name tag . She was very hostil The blonde hair one .All the a lingerie that we select with a red mark line was at 50% off and she decide to not giving it to us. Her attitude was rude and the explanation was that it was a mistake When she was supposed to adjust the price All the associates at the sales floor were telling it was a 50% off. That manager should no me working in there

It's been quite some time since I've shopped at this VS store, the customer service is above and beyond. Sandra, a sales rep at the front made sure we had the best experience and had Brenda, store manager assist my mother with her purchase. The experience was phenomenal, Brenda and Sandra both were eager to help and measure to assure her correct size and my mom was also taken aback by the service to assure the best fit and try on a variety of different styles that would be the most flattering fit!

Well stocked, and the attendants are very friendly and helpful, though sometimes hard to find. The lines do get pretty long as they usually only have 1 or 2 registers open. I also wish the prices were a bit more reasonable, as the quality of the items we have gotten recently seem to be lower than before.. maybe due to the pandemic? Overall good service and experience though

After my experience at this store today I can understand why I mainly shop online. I have been a Victoria's Secret cardholder/shopper for almost 20 years. Today my cashier gave me such a hard time while checking out. Rewards and coupons that work together online she told me I couldn't use together in store. I tried them all together online and had zero issues. Next, there is an offer going on if you spend $20 or more you get a $20 reward off a next purchase. My purchase was $37. When I asked why didn't she put my $20 reward in my bag she said I didn't make the qualifying purchase amount. 😕 After telling her I did she tossed it in the bag but gave such an attitude about it. I have been a cardholder/forever VIP angel for longer than she looked for her age. If I wasn't pressed for time I honestly would've cancelled and returned the entire purchase based on that one cashier's treatment towards me.

The only reason I ventured in because of the semi-annual sale. We all know Victoria's secret caters to a certain size person so it not my favorite. But the workers here have time to chit chat around you while you are shopping and one in particular didn't say excuse me when reaching for items near me and knocking my bag.

Don't know why but V.S is starting to feel like Walmart ..so packed!!! And usually have only 2 registers open!! Line is like 6 people long at all times.. place is not tidy, ladies shuffling thru panty drawers like a freaking yard sale.. ugh Plcae use to feel high end back in the day now u see everyone in Pink namebrand.

I truly enjoyed this shopping experience! Araceli is the best! After a long day's work I didn't necessarily feel like searching for the deals I saw online, so Araceli volunteered to be my personal shopper. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and specifically told me when I thought I was taking too much of her time, that I'm here for you! It don't get no better than that! Due to her patience, I got everything I wanted plus more. The store is clean, neat, and surprisingly wasn't crowded. Great night of shopping at Pink!

Gift card purchase.. caught the semi annual sale and scored 100.00 for 20.00.. But they're not cheap.. luckily I'm a thrifty shopper and got all this.. daughter paid 75.00 for 4 items 😂 I got 2 outfits, pajamas, undies, 2 lipsticks and a makeup bag.
