Adam the manager is great. He not only went above and beyond in store , but he is a great ethical salesman. Customers appreciate transparency and he lives that. Some people sell and keep certain info to themselves because it’s profit driven. He’s a cool person and fits the Apple model of sales. More stores need to be like this and be more ethical. I had a mediocre view of att before and was dreading switching. He’s a great salesperson and great leader for his associates. Great asset to the company and a great “human centric” customer service model.

Associate Aaron B. Was absolutely a consummate professional And the best I could hope for To solve the problem at hand. It took 3 hours he exercised an abundance of patience. He was jovial through the entire event & He succeeded where many others at different locations did not. Therefore any service I will have From this day forward I will go to the oil change river location and deal with him & the other team members there.

Hugh was fantastic! The entire store was full of kind representatives but he was the one I had the pleasure of working with. I was in an emergency and needed my phone charged and I had a lovely conversation with him about some opportunities I had with fiber and other products. Overall great staff, the store was clean, and I'll be coming to this store specifically whenever I'm local.

Hugh was excellent and helped me out so much! I told him about what I had been going through trying to port my number and bring my old phone. He was so friendly and did an amazing job in about 5 minutes had my phone working. Everyone else was so friendly and smiling. Highly recommend and will definitely go there for all my needs.
