Been here 3 times since July 2022! Despite the sometimes rude people in line this Front Line Staff is nothing short of Exceptional and Professional. They know their stuff. They Guide you in the right directions as to exactly what you need! I cannot say ENOUGH about everyone. They take everything in stride dispite the pressure and always with a Smile!!!! Thank You!! I've been trying to toget a replacement mail box key, at first I thought my first replacement key was free. To find out it was $25, to return to my local post office to find out the price had been raised $10

Rude people that love to insinuate that your media mail is really something else! Very unprofessional and poorly stocked and managed post office.

Same mailbox and carrier for years in North St.Pete. It works fine, we dont lock it on purpose because its a small building with alot of elderly people. I would like to thank Camron Walters on his first day on the route for pounding on my front door and starting an argument with my wife for the lock not working on the mailbox. Can still close and shut it like every mailbox in the country. The next time you send a man to start yelling at my wife while theres a baby crying because she thinks its about to get hostile over meaningless problems that could of been talked about I wont waste my time writing a review

Mostly nice staff except on days they have a last minute customer that gets on their nerves and than they give me hell for coming in a minute or two late to drop off my already labeled boxes. Needs a place where people that work can drop off parcels that are already labeled for a couple hours after closing time. Or i guess I'll keep scheduling a pickup every single day...

THANK-YOU DERRELL for your service today. 😁 This Post Office is ALWAYS busy and always clean. I was surprised to read the Google reviews before mine. (THIS IS MY Post Office @ 33781) Today, this morning (Saturday) when I pulled up to the Pinellas Park Post Office, the Parking Lot was Full. I went inside to wait in line because the Post Office had just opened and I knew the A/C would feel amazing. The Post Office had 2 gentlemen working the counter and in addition, a very nice Female Postal Worker (she seemed to be in management) working/and asking people in line if they were there to "Pick-Up" mail/packages to expedite the Waiting in Line time. I only needed to mail out one package so I waited my turn. I was 10th in line and didn't wait more than 5 minutes. "Derrell" called next person in line, it was my turn!! Derrell promptly apologized for the wait and proceeded to weigh my package, apply the postage to the box and I then paid. Derrell asked if I would need Stamps today. I replied with No, but Thank-You for asking. Derrell was polite, smiling, very cordial and extremely Customer Service oriented with his customers. In the entire 5 minutes spent at this Post Office while standing in line, I noticed they have a gift card rack along with Hallmark greeting cards. The priority packaging bins/shelves, along with everything else were stocked full. Derrell gets a "High-Five" and a big Thank-You from me for job well done. I watched Derrell (while I stood in line) helping an elderly Asian man with mailings and the elderly man barely spoke English. Derrell was competent, helpful and extremely pleasant to the elderly man while explaining prices. GOOD JOB DERRELL!!!!! I wish everyone would think twice before they write degrading, personally attacking and spewing out hateful comments towards any individuals at any Post Office. Working the counter at the Post Office is A LOT of customer service and today while I watched, 3 postal workers hustled and did a great job in working the line efficiently and with accuracy. Good Job to my area Post Office. 5-star rating from Me. (Next, my Mail at my home from this Post Office is always on-time and we've never had an issue.) I don't have anything negative to say about Post Office in area code 33781. Only a positive review and Job Well Done!!! 👏 😁

This is the worst USPS location in the area, I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. Their employees are either untrained or will lie directly to you in order to avoid helping you. I’ve been avoiding this USPS and going to others nearby after my last bad experience with them, but the other USPS locations were closed so I decided to give them another chance. Today was just a confirmation and reminder that this is still the worst USPS location in the area and you are definitely better off going somewhere else if at all possible.

I've had hundreds of dollars worth of packages that never made It to me. When I went into post office to file complaint they told me I was too late to file and there's nothing they could do. Hundreds of dollars in orders I placed that just got lost in mail... I wonder where those packages I spent so much on ended up.....

I understand that everyone would rather stay home than work, but we all have to make money. That being said, the people working at the counter are customer service associates and should act as such. If I displayed that kind of negative attitude to customers at my job, I'd surely be written up or terminated from employment. The post office should be no different. Completely unacceptable for every post office in the area to have such low ratings and consistent complaints on customer service. This is the issue with boomers that work somewhere for too long and can't advance or be promoted beyond the confines of a local post office. Hire some younger eager employees and I assure you it will be in everyone's best interest.

While the people who work inside are very nice and professional the overall system of this post office is complete trash. As a business owner I have missed multiple packages due to the mail carrier coming at 7am. The crazy thing is our business doesn't open until 11am. Many days I'm forced to arrive to work 2 to 3 hours early just to get my packages. This wouldn't be a problem if the mail person came consistently on the same time every day or roughly the same time to say the least. Again the people inside the branch are absolutely amazing. But again as a business owner I shouldn't have to play a guessing game with the postal carriers on when I might or might not recieve my packages. They should have routes down for businesses and businesses only. If they know someone doesn't open until a certain time rework the routes for those businesses.
