Amazing customer service! Austin was so helpful, informative and truly cared! Austin at this location was able to help me with things that AT&T customer service and other locations could not/ did not care to try. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs some help and good deals.

Would give zero if it were an option. Just spent an hour on the phone with AT&T to get my bill and plan correct. Austin said my rate would actually go down. Instead it went up over$100. He signed me up for their premium tier plan. I filed a formal complaint against him with AT&T. Beware.

Location needs better signage to help pull people in. I can tell my first visit this place gets REPEAT customers. Super ambience where customers tend to socialize while waiting. John is a valuable asset and marvelous human being.

They helped me order a phone to the store, get it set up, and trade in my old one. Employee on the phone was the most knowledgeable I talked to. Manager was also great.

My husband and I are so thankful for their customer service. We visited yesterday with an agenda and learned after explaining our bad experiences with the Bainbridge store, that they too are a Prime Communications retailer. However, they were happy to remedy the experience we have received. They even played with our 2 year old and made sure she wasn't treated as a distraction. Thank you Crystal and Jon!

I have been a loyal customer of At&t & it's partners over 5 years. In that time my phones were stolen, damaged or simply replaced. I've managed to keep my accounts in good standing. I'm particular about money management and power purchasing so I visit a few stores to do a little research before closing on a sale. Forward visited an authorized retailer of at&t to explore options. Store opened on time. The exterior of the store was clean. I AM A REAL PERSON conducting an interview with real up to date pictures and reviews. The retail sales consultant was very informative, attentive, patient, expressive and professional. Had the ability to multitask; able to answer personal and business phone calls while keeping track of in-store customers. I disclosed to the retail sales consultant that I had some emotional trust issues so if I'm asking questions it's only to build a professional relationship so that I can have accurate reports of information, sense of security and confidence when recommending potential prospects. Some of the questions I asked I already knew the answers to and some I did not. I wanted to verify there weren't any policy changes or updates. Overall I definitely had a better experience at this cellular store location than some others I've recently visited. At&t ALWAYS honors there promises so if there was an issue the store couldn't resolve, *611 or asurion would refund or credit your account. I still have $121 credit to open an account with whenever I'm ready. They have convenient and affordable service plans starting at $35 monthly no gimmicks or strings attached. Customers have the option of bringing their own phone (BYOP) and just purchasing a service plan for as low as $25 a month for a limited time offer. Prepaid options available with no credit check. Also the free phones have the same quality, just purchase the plan but refuse the call test. If your receipt says activated then reset your device. Some places do this to track or hack your phone. If your receipt says activated then reset your device. At&t has excellent tower coverage for FL/GA, guaranteed device protection with no replacement cost starting at $10 a month up to $125. ALL PRODUCTS no matter where purchased can be insured. Fast replacement services by next day for replacement loss, theft, damage, or out of warranty malfunctions. They also provide online enrollment so you can make payments, claims or stay up to date with your account. Overall, my experience at this location gave me a peace of mind. If asked I would certainly recommend this store location for your wireless needs. I believe also this location is an authorized dealer doing business as PrimeCommunications. A Pittsburgh-based communications technology integrator with 30+ years experience providing business class converged voice, data, video, and internet applications. The retail property was built in 2015 with a NOI (Net Operating Income) on average $150,318. Current retailers are Mattress One & Prime Communications, an AT&T Authorized "reseller". I went to the AT&T store to add a line to my phone plan and purchase my daughter her very first smart phone and was assisted by Cory and his coworker (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately). He was very helpful and patient throughout the process and had great suggestions for phone accessories (the case looks awesome with the phone!). Overall it was a pleasant and easy experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I came to the store to learn about my phone and to obtain practical assistance because technology is something I don’t know anything about and I find it to be overwhelming . The first person I worked with was helpful and friendly, his name was John. He was willing to continue working with me but when it was time for him to leave for the evening, his coworker David stepped in to help. The next two men that I worked with, for a very long time, were David and Jon. They were extremely patient with my basic questions that sometimes I asked repeatedly and they demonstrated that they did not mind answering them repeatedly . They were non-judge mental with my unique questions. They were kind and sweet. They verbalized the information and they did practical demonstrations to help me understand the technology. Very patient and detailed with answers to my detailed questions . They were so kind that they made me feel that they were happy to work with me and I never felt that they were getting tired even though it was night time . They all sincere with appropriate eye contact and polite tones of voices . Although I came in feeling anxious, I left feeling reassured. These three men were very knowledgeable . Thank y’all
