This location has gone completely down the drain. This location has all new employees, which isn’t a problem because they’ve always been accommodating, but I miss all the old ones. I had an incident that happened to me on 11/7/2022 around 5:30pm. So I walked in all happy shi* spoke to the gentleman and told him what I needed to be done. I had about 30 documents, and some needed to be paired. When I asked him if he would be willing to do that, his demeanor changed, and he became extremely rude. This guy acted as if he had somewhere to be. Sir, you guys close at 6:30; calm yourself down! His disgusting attitude didn’t phase me because he had the right one. His demeanor changed once I caught an attitude right back at him. last time I checked, scanning documents was something you guys did. I spent $70 in this place today! To the owner or GM, “Your company is only as good as your worst employee.”

Had no issues like the others. Came in, was greeted, assisted me with the correct packaging, mailed my item and was on my way.

The manager at this store was horrible. They lost a $200 package and when I called in she was back talking me and acting so unprofessional. She told me she didn't have a crystal ball and couldn't help me. I asked for her name and she said she wouldn't give me it. I called back and she told me she was unavailable and when I talked to another male employee he said "sorry I can't give that information out. She doesn't want to be identified." She was so unprofessional and both employees hung up on me.

Their website advertises "world-class customer service." I was returning some products and the merchant issued a return number. I was instructed to bring the products to UPS, show them the number, and they would send the products back. When I get there, the clerk could not figure it out and asked a heavy set latina female that wore glasses (that was also working there) what to do. She told me that I was given a merchant account number and they were only equipped to look up customer numbers. Therefore, I needed to bring it to a store that was able to look up merchant numbers. I asked her which location I could bring it to. She said "maybe" bring it to the Henderson branch and they "might" be able to help. Instead of just heading there and taking a chance that it would be a waste of time, I asked if she could call and find out for me. She initially stated she didn't have the number to call. When I pulled up the number with my phone, and showed her, she looked at me like I was crazy and refused to call to confirm if it was a branch that could help me or not. She flat out told me she was not going to call. What kind of customer service is this? I was a bit shocked because she works there and would not find out which branch I needed to bring it to. World class customer service, maybe? Basically she told me to call and find out on my own as if she could not be bothered by calling to find out whether or not it was the right branch to bring it to. She got into a verbal altercation with me. I asked for her name so I could speak to her manager about her and she said that legally, she did not have to give me her name. Certainly, this is world class customer service! I stopped by later to speak to the manager Leah, and she appeared to side with her rude subordinate. Leah said that she was new and didn't know that, that they WERE, if fact, able to look up those type of accounts, but did not really offer much of any type of apology. She just stated that she was going to speak to her. I understand a manager sticking up for her people if they were in the right, but this was not the case whatsoever. But this is the world we live in now. It's completely mind-blowing. But I guess that's the world class customer service they talk about on their website. The employee was incompetent, lazy, rude, indifferent, and not willing to help whatsoever. The UPS website advertises: The UPS Store® is committed to providing world-class customer service to our retail customers. What a complete joke!

I mailed a card with cash in it to my grandparents down in Miami. Stupidly on my part I mentioned there was cash inside. The padded envelope was already sealed shut with the tracking sticker on the outside. The employee(s) laughing said we cant insure cash, but that it will be fine since the trip was so short. Stupidly again we trusted them and still mailed it (We should have just left and gone to FedEx right next door). The following day, my grandparents opened up the package and there was $200 of the $500 missing. Beware of this location and what you say is in your package, because apparently they will open and steal from it.

I had a very large remote closing and needed a multitude of documents notarized, double witnessed and overnighted. Leah and her team at this location were phenomenal, I cannot say enough about their customer service and would highly recommend their service to anybody in need.

UPDATE: The store manager just called back and processed my refund over the phone after all. I appreciate the effort; I just wish I hadn't been forced to have an altercation in order to be taken seriously. ORIGINAL POST: I am extremely frustrated with the customer service at this UPS Store location. I never leave negative reviews ANYWHERE, but I trusted this location to scan and email me an *extremely* important official document I needed ASAP. Their scanner malfunctioned and sent me a document that was mostly blank pages instead. When I called to ask for a refund for the $18 I wasted, they informed me I would need to drive an hour out of my way to return to their store to present my credit card for a refund. When I said this was impossible, they refused to process my refund over the phone--although they were quick to say they could take a payment over the phone. I will NEVER return to this store, and I suggest you likewise avoid it.

I’m not gonna lie, it takes a lot for me to write a review. Good or bad. I deal with thousands of people on any given week and I believe it’s too easy for me to be too critical being an event coordinator. That being said when somebody really impresses me I will go out of my way to make it known. And I have to say that Don today at this UPS store not only went above and far beyond his duties to help me, but in a situation where he could have left me to my own devices to figure out a gigantic shipping debacle having to do with the cancellation of a very large event, he went unbelievably out of his way to ensure I was able to figure out everything and get it back to its rightful place. He helped me figure out problems with packing and repacking, return slips that didn’t match the correct return slips for close to 60+ boxes. He also did all of this with poise, and a positive demeanor, which I respect greatly when dealing with minor chaos. I’m not sure what lies ahead for Don but I’m guessing it’s big things. You can be assured from this encounter alone you have my business for the foreseeable future.
