First time *trying* to print at this location and I was highly disappointed. I have printed these exact files at another UPS and never had issues. I had 2 files both were fit to size, I just needed them to be printed front and back and be on the same side. Simple right? Well, after multiple tries and multiple staff members helping at this point, I was told I would need to pay $5 extra per file to have them centered. I left without my prints and I won’t be coming back.

If your customer service expectations are low and you're not looking for the cheapest shipping option, this is your place. Make sure to ask them for USPS and UPS pricing. It can make a huge difference. In this case, $25 for USPS and $126 for UPS. I decided to take my business to another UPS location, $40 to ship UPS. 🤔 Seems this location is Cash over Integrity.

I've been 10 years shipping with UPS my company packages as I have an account with them. Well, today I took packages ready for shipment so I handed the packages to the clerk and she put the first package on the scale to scan the label, after she finished scanning, she THROW the box from the counter to the floor!!!! I couldn't believe that in front of my face!!! I told her hey don't throw the package it is fragile and you can see the fragile tape all over the box and she told me that their "policy" recommends that you pack the items well because they are allowed to throw the package from a person's waist to the floor. My package was well packed with moulding foam etc, but I don't think that is possible because it will get broken if you throw it the way she did.I asked to talked to the manager and the manager told me that the clerk was "right" they can throw the packages from the waist to the floor. I just sent an email to my business UPS representative to close my account. I am NOT shipping with UPS anymore! That's why I been receiving complaints from my customers they been receiving merchandise broken lately. I now understand why, because they are throwing packages from the counter that is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!! They just lost me as a customer because that employee and manager.

Excellent, couldn’t have been more pleased. My local UPS store didn’t have the ink to print what I needed. Came here and they adjusted my file to better print quality, printed it, and even trimmed all the edges so there was no border. Final product came out looking great, as they went above and beyond. I’ll be back

Employees were nice. They are busy but fast. My Only reason to give 3 stars is because the girl charged me me to use the tape for 3 items that I was returning to Amazon and they only had one return code or one shipping label. Charge was $7 witch I think was expensive because the tape roll stayed at the store. I did have my own roll in my car but I didn’t think taping three boxes was that much.
