Terrible service, I didn’t want to give my social to the lady at the counter and she rudely threw my IDENTIFICATION card on the floor instead of simply handing it to me

I've had a PO Box here for about six months, and never had an issue which speaks volumes because USPS would NEVER deliver my mail correctly. I've had to order packages in my husband’s name because there were countless times that I had packages delivered to the wrong address, stolen, or ”lost.” Everyone here has always been friendly, and I've yet to lodge a complaint (which is a major thing as mentioned). Very grateful to have such an easy and ”normal” experience with this location.

My experience with this post office was a thoroughly positive one. I had 2 packages for international shipping and the gentleman whose name escapes me at the moment was extremely helpful. Him and his coworkers were helpful, friendly and efficient.

A package sent to me arrived badly damaged, causing some damage to one of my items, and the others (five small items) being lost. I gather this happened at either the 33602 (sending) branch or the 33604 (receiving) branch. While they are not particularly valuable, this should never happen. Yes, the USPS bag in which this arrived states the volume of processing and that this occasionally happens, but I prefer quality over quantity, mail delivered carefully and intact even if more slowly, rather than quickly but damaged or not arriving at all...

It's USPS, what do you expect? I came in the building after rushing out of work around 5:20pm. There was an older black male in the line. I told him I had a package to be shipped internationally. He tells me, 'We don't do that here." I replied back to him, "Really because another USPS told me you did." (I visited another USPS that told me to go to this one). That, and they have a billboard in the building that says "INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING". He groaned and told me that they don't like doing that. He tells me the cost of the shipment and gives me my label and customs form. Before I could begin filling it out, he tells me to go to the counter and fill it out because he likes to "keep his line moving". He rushed me to hurry because it was almost 5:30pm. So, my writing came out sloppy because I felt like I was pressed for time. Eventually, he took care of my package. Just felt like he didn't have to lie. You're getting paid to handle shipping. Should've walked over to FedEx which was right next door....lesson learned.

My experience here was as good as a post office experience can be. The employees were friendly - though you could tell it'd been a long day of dealing with the public - and they were helpful in answering my questions. The wait wasn't bad at all. Honestly, all these people complain but what they don't realize is that low ratings just get locations shut down. That means more effort and inconvenience on the consumers' part; I know because the post office nearest my house was shut down because so many people rated it 1 star for having to wait or for not being treated like royalty, when I was always treated fairly and helped appropriately (granted, I treated the employees with respect to begin with, unlike certain other patrons).

I have a P.O. box there, and the staff is utterly incompetent. Especially Dorreen. Stay away from her like a plague!! She is rude, and disrespectful towards her customers. Am going to move my box and take my business to the UPS Store this week! Too much crap to deal with just for mail.

We were unfortunate to have opened a PO Box with this particular office. I have been calling them for 3 weeks every day to make a payment for it over the phone: nobody ever answered it! Not at 8:30 am, not at 12pm, not in the afternoon. Sometimes I was able to catch a busy tone, so I would keep calling....but I suspect that their phone is muted and is only used when one mysterious employee needs to make a personal call.
