I have no problem with this place. Very efficient. It's a great place to apply for your passport. And yes they do passport photos also.

Came here early to be serviced for when they are SUPPOSED to be open(8:30am). They didn’t open until 8:47am! Line OUT THE DOOR and a lot of a dry customers! Had the nerve to ANSWER A PERSONAL CALL WHILE HE WAS TYPING UP MY STUFF ON HIS COMPUTER!

Edgardo or whatever his name is Hispanic looking guy should be fired I’ve been to this location multiple times because it’s the closest to home and I’ve seen him being rude and disrespectful to other customers claiming he doesn’t speak Spanish I don’t know if he does or not but just him being rude Todag I walked in and he was so rude to me hitting the counter and screaming “OMG” when I was looking for my barcode.

Rude and dismissive staff. I was disgusted standing in line and listening to them talk badly about customers they had just helped and laughing about it. Then it was my turn, and they were rude and belittling to me as well. Already reported to corporate but beware.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would gladly do so. I am not the one to write a lot of reviews — let alone bad ones. Came to this location around 1:05pm and did not pay and leave until 1:33pm. The line was out of the door (some even hopped out of line) and there were only 2 workers. 1 working assisting with a customer who had a language barrier and the other one moving as slow as molasses. There is absolutely no sense of urgency at this location.

I went in on a Wednesday (9/15/21) I needed documents sent priority mail. The service lady was a beautiful chocolate, Daylah I think. She was able to help me send the documents priority and even recommended a signature for recipient. I agreed with everything going on. Great service, very knowledgable service! I am happy with this USPS location.

Update: The manager at this location was so nice and she understands everyone's frustration with the limited hours. This is out of their control and she told me it is not up to the location to make these decisions with limited hours. I have a PO Box here and they have decided to only open doors during regular post office hours. This makes it IMPOSSIBLE for me to get my mail, surely I'm not alone with this. I find it wrong that they can take our money and deny access to our mail. Their sign states they experienced some vandalism so that is understandable but completely unfair for those that need access to their mail. The doors need to be open during times in which people can access their mailboxes.

I was at this location working on packaging when I was told the leave because I was the last one that came in and they were at high capacity. I was not and I politely stated I had been there for a while just not on the line because I was still working on my two packages, and he rudely interrupted me and said well you still gotta leave, I was wearing a mask and some of the people on the line were NOT but I was The one asked to leave in the middle of packaging. I had to take my stuff out the boxes that I had already sealed and ruined boxes I was suppose to pay for and left.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! I work 8am-5pm M-F and I tried calling them everyday for a week because my package wasn't in my PO box and they NEVER answer the phone! Like come on. I understand wanting to give the person in front of you your undivided attention but at least have a voicemail service to be able to call people back!
