I rush to get there and they lock the door in front of me at 4:00 on the dot looking straight at me through the glass—-no normal business model could survive this mentality and I could not imagine ever doing that to a client. At least open door and tell me better luck next time!

Lost my debit card and took off work to go to the bank. Found out the bank closes at 4pm instead of 5pm like most other banks. Great except I am stuck here with no gas in my truck and no cash. I arrived at 4:15pm. Okay, try to use my phone to pull out money but cant because its attached to my card that is lost. Ask the people inside if they can help me and tell them what is going on, they tell me the bank is closed and come back tomorrow. When I reinformed them of my situation they just didnt care and walked away. Thanks bank of America for being a pos. Looking forward to closing my account on monday!

Always a long line waiting for a bank teller. Many times just one teller. Extra bank employees are walking around but no one jumps in to help out & reduce the size of long lines like they do at Publix.

Mom died, I was laid off and California puts unemployment through BOA. I went here because I needed statements for a program for veterans and my mom unexpectedly took turn for worse. Manager said no time to see me today with only 3 waiting. Horrible service.

Over the phone rude and in the bank even worse. why hire people who cant do everything? wait time is two hours this is rediculous. Debit card not working due to Bank Of America technical difficulties

*** AWFUL SERVICE *** My card was compromised and I was told to go into a branch to resolve the issue. I stopped by this Bank of America in Wellington by the Mall and it was not busy at all. I was not greeted when I walked in and there was nowhere to sign in. I simply sat down with the other customers. I ended up patiently waiting over an hour only to be told that their systems are down. Now I'm stuck with no funds for the weekend. Great job Bank of America, the pinnacle of customer service. I'm almost ready to move my account to another bank. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. 1 star!

I hate leaving one star reviews, however this bank location deserves it. I had fraud charges on my account on 5/17/18. I called the 1800 number, canceled my card and received a new one. On 5/24/18 I saw an additional charge. I went inside distaught and I was calmed down down Jose, a bank fiance representative. He made some calls in an houd and I had an instant refund for the fraud. Problem solved, or so I thought. Only to leave and see the next day, the deposit was deleted off of my account. At this point and time I am tired of calling and going into BOA over this issue. Long story short to anyone reading, If you get Fraud on your card they will not stand behind you and reimburse you as promised. The zero fraud protection is a joke.

Really nice bank, the people working really know what they're talking about. Tiffany M. Merritt was very helpful in renewing our information and starting a checking account. She was very friendly and we would definitely recommend her. The staff in general was very friendly and polite, and the room had a relaxing, calm atmosphere. It was clean and it's pretty pet friendly.

This bank sucks, the managers accent is so strong I couldn't understand what she was trying to say. My debt card didn't work and she said it was "ok" left and was declinded.
