The guy who answered the phone in the pharmacy today incorrectly told me that I was calling the wrong line that it was reserved for doctors and the main menu asks are you a doctor or calling from a doctor's office. I explained that I was calling from a doctor's office he then corrected me saying that's not what that line is for and that's not what it says and to call the other main line to keep it free. I then called the other line and had to wait for quite a while for anyone to answer through a confusing set of voicemail prompts only to hear again from the main menu that the option I picked previously did say or if you're calling from a doctor's office. I mentioned this to him then he interrupted me saying yeah yeah I know it's busy on Mondays I don't have enough help. He never did say you were correct I was mistaken.

Worssssst parking EVER. They should invest In their own parking lot. I don't want to park in a garage across the street for a instacart order or pay $5 to run in for 2 minutes.

They sell you on a membership. Then make it no less then 2 hours to cancel. Can not cancel without talking to a person during short business hours. Can not cancel online unless you give a 3rd party your bank info.

I stopped into CVS for a few things, and Audra was my very kind cashier. She suggested whole ed the new CarePass membership, which evidently is a monthly plan to subscribe at $5 per month. I signed up, and received an immediate $10 discount, which the plan offers each month of membership. So you come out ahead. But caution: You do pay the $5 per month ($48 if you pay annually). who wether you shop or not, and they require a credit card which is billed, I believe by month 2. I think the first month is free. They add some small welcome gifts to your first purchase You get some pretty nice perks though. I think if I do this, I will just make a point of buying at least $10 a month from CVS, which, of course, is the whole idea.

Customers are not wearing face masks, and employees do not say anything. At other CVS locations, when customers without face masks enter the store, employees offer a face mask to ensure that everyone follows the recommendation. Unfortunately, this is not the case at this store

So happy this location opened up. I work on Clematis so it is very convenient. It's also a very spacious spot so they have a lot of inventory. Specifically their make up isle is one of my favorites! Anthony is always very helpful and friendly.
