Elizabeth was my salesperson/cashier. She was awesome with peaking over the desk looking at me. I came into the store and it was nothing but great help. I came in wanting the Exos Lite but it was too much for my legs. We sorted my shoe/foot properly and I was a better fit for the 11.5 D Tradesman boot for offshore duty. A lower cut boot to give me comfort and the protection I need offshore. 🙏 she was great and I highly recommend Elizabeth.

Great service. Had something break on my boot and needed to make a warranty claim. The staff was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person.

Came in to get a pair of work boots and had to leave after 2 min because of how loudly the 3 employees were arguing. It is a very small store and I was the only other one in there. It was very inconsiderate, not sure why they couldn’t have taken it to a back room or something. Decided to take my money somewhere else. 10/29/22 around 12:15

I couldn’t believe how fast they shipped my order! I walked in on Monday and they did not have my size. So, I placed an order in which they received it Thursday and then on Friday… BAM here are my boots! Perfect timing because I have crazy yard work to do this Columbus Day weekend. Also, no I did not pay extra for them to overnight it!

I went in there hoping to get a pair of Moc-toe heritage. I told the guy I wear a size 8 regular and asked what size heritage I should get. He says get a size 8. I told him how online it says I should get a half- full size down. So he brings out a size 7 double wide, because that’s all they have. I figured I could try them on for reference. The two people there were no help. Since this is $300+ purchase. I thought it would be better service. I decide I should go to another location. I called the next closet store and they were also out of stock. So I figured I would walk right back into west palm and get my foot measured because they have ads all over about them taking some kind of measurement using a special technology . I asked the person to measure my foot and he replies”it will just tell you, you are a size 8” I am not a rude or mean person so idk why the service there is so poor. I ended up ordering them form a third party online. The heritage 1907. I got them in a 7.5 and I am still breaking them in. At first they felt too tight. Now they slipping on my heal. Hopefully I didn’t waste $330.

Love Red Wing Boots. Probably my 5th pair is and they all have been great! All have lasted 2 years plus of daily wear 6 days a week 10 plus hours.

Always the best. Same owner for many years and he is usually in the store. Always helpful with sales and service. Red Wing makes a great boot to begin with but this location really does it right the old fashioned way. 5 stars all around.

They always have a good selection of shoes when I come in. The service is a bit slow, but that is usually because there are several customers trying shows on at the same time.
