A little difficult for backing due to you have to block a busy side road to set up for backing up to the loading door, but plenty of room between doors so lots of room to maneuver. Overnight parking and parking while you wait for door assignment between the dock doors, backed in. Quickly loaded and did not waste my time. Was in and out in about 1 hrs 15 mins.

Slow as all get out. I will never deliver to this place again. Been sitting for a few hours still have not touched the freight. Will be here another 6 hours. They will be paying me for my time.

Appt 3:30 it's 6;00pm now still haven't been called to a door. Second time this has happened. Told my dispatch, send someone else . I'm not picking up nothing from them.

It's easy to find. Easy to check in. You have to back off the road into a dock. It can be q bit hectic cause there is always traffic.. They have parking behind the building. The people are informative and friendly. Their load time is good.But if you get there early bring some food. They have a drunk and snack machine. They didn't load me until around my appointment time. Which was 100pm and I got there at 830am Make sure you are precooled.

I give CWI logistics a 5 star because of the supervisor in shipping, his name Is Dre that made my long frustrated day to a good one. I arrived on Tuesday 05/10 to pick up a load and got there late (5 pm) so I waited to next day first thing in the morning at 8:30 am and came to find out I had the wrong p/u number, which was a big mixup from my dispatch/company and waited all day. So supervisor Dre came twice to my truck to see if I had the right number, then told me to call to my dispatch so we can get you loaded and fixed this mixup and got it done ! So I would like to send a big shout out to Dre for his concern on my situation, his great cool attitude and professionalism. I got loaded and I was on my way , to all drivers be safe and be blessed

People here are very nice but unfortunately they are extremely slow at unloading, appointment time was for 7 am, checked in at 6 am, it's now 10:15 am and they still haven't got me even halfway unloaded yet, don't understand what the hold up is, had the correct information and was an hour early. Have seen at least 2 other trucks, that checked in after I did get unloaded and are already gone. Doesn't make sense to me.

Broker lied about load being ready and it was not. Glad i read in smaller letters that they will not pay for detention and didn't sign the rate confirmation before checking with shipper. Also didn't want to answer my calls to communicate, just texting back and forth. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

Appointment time was noted 11:30. Bumped the dock and sitting watching for 3.5 hours multiple (JIT load) trucks being unloaded and mine was just getting started on. Drivers, here's the deal: 1. Be on time, check in (need delivery confirmation number it will start with an 80 or an 81 and then four digits so six digits total) and bump the dock when you were on appointment. 2. Start your domicile time 3. After truck is unloaded watch your detention times. 4. Product has to be counted after unloading watch your detention time. 5. Office staff will contact you when counting has been completed and you can pick up paperwork. Ask office staff to write the in and out times on your paperwork and sign it. This warehouse needs to be mindful of all loads as everyone's time is valuable. From start to finish I was there 5 hours 😑

I gotta give them 5 stars even though they charged me $125 for being a day early & having to work me in, they could have easily made me wait until the following day so I was happy to pay the fee. They gave me a door immediately and took about an hour to get me unloaded and give me paperwork. They have plenty of room to maneuver and the workers are very courteous. I would definitely come here again based off my experience delivering here.

Checked in 8 am , had to pay $125 just for “ working in “ CHECK ONLY no cash no debit no credit . Got door at 9 am empty at 10 am , it is 1:13 pm and I’m waiting for paperwork . It feels like a sick joke . I already canceled one load that I was supposed to pick at ft Myers because it was a 1 pm . It’s hard to leave Florida and this company makes it HARDER DO NOT DELIVER HERE UNLESS YOU GET TOP DOLLAR or more per mile . Worst part is that it is a dry load which isn’t supposed to take longer than 30 minutes to offload. The ONLY GOOD thing is that the employees here are very polite .
