Rented a car for a girls trip and had a wonderful experience at Enterprise in Canton,Ga.When I returned it my own vehicle had a dead battery.The staff went above good service and had me on my way in just a few minutes. Thanks guys will definitely be back.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. After being forced to pay nearly $600 for a rental because of the failure of auto owners insurance and Christian (lol) brothers I was incorrectly placed on a do not rent list without my knowledge. Basically, it took 2 1/2 months to get my car repaired, (well almost repaired, there are still parts missing) so I had to pay out of pocket for the rental. EVERY PENNY WAS PAID IN FULL. Not two weeks after getting my car back from this nightmare, won’t you know it I got rear ended again! I was at a complete stop, when I was hit from behind. Sent me flying into the car infront of me. Everything was all set up through the at fault party’s insurance. I called that morning to confirm with enterprise that they would be there at 10 AM with my rental. At that time I was made aware that I was on the “no rent list” I explained to the customer service representative that that was incorrect. I called the one 800 number as he directed and they confirmed that it was absolutely their error that I had been placed on the list and it would be fixed. I did note that no apology was made, which should have been my first clue. Later that day, I went to drop off my vehicle and enterprise was not there. After several phone calls and a call to the manager from the collision repair center Enterprise finally showed up about an hour later. He arrived with a Camry and tried to tell me this was an upgrade because of my trouble. Whatever, it has wheels I really don’t care. But it is humorous that anyone could try to imply that a Camry is an “upgrade”. After the gentleman tried to upsell me in every way possible he then asked for a credit card. I didn’t have a credit card only my debit card. Long story short, even though it was an insurance claim and I had just rented a car from the same company not a month prior With a debit card, he would not rent me the car. Instead he left me standing in a parking lot alone with all of my belongings. There was nothing left to do but cry. He literally left me stranded in a parking lot with no recourse. I would not treat a dog this way. I still can’t believe that I was treated so poorly. The manager at the collision center and a customer service representative from the main office at enterprise were so disgusted by my experience. They both said they would be addressing this with some sort of management. It has been 24 hours and I have heard nothing from enterprise. What has happened to customer service? What has happened to basic kindness? You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I am absolutely sickened. If you need to rent a vehicle I would stay away from enterprise, if you can’t stay away from enterprise, at the very least stay away from the rude, heartless, Incompetent, ignorant, Lack of responsibility taking, jerks at the Canton Georgia location!

Went to get my car that we had on reservations for. Made sure the day before that it was all set up and ready to go the next morning. We were told yes. Arrived at 8am this morning and car was not there and they had to go get it. Then after waiting for them and doing paperwork, after walking around the car, signing paperwork they went to run my credit card they declined using my card due to not having a chip reader on it. They said they can not take a credit card that doesn't have a chip. This is the only card I have. They said they could not even type it in or swipe it. Needless to say they would not help anyway. I had to leave with out a rental. I will never be back. Poor services.

(: They helped me by picking me up from the shop as well as dropping me off back at the shop once my vehicle was ready. All of this was fast too! Just call ahead to give them a heads up. (: The pick up and drop off really helped me! Thank you. (:

Under the leadership of Anthony 1 & 2 this Branch is going down like the Titanic when it comes to customer service. Maybe they can handle the routine rental transactions, but please, for the sake of humanity, don't give them a tough situation - like mine to work with. It reveals the weakness in the branch staff training, and the core of my complaint: inexperience. I define the branch leader's (and their followers) behavior as curt, rude, unhelpful, condescending, weak, and down right disappointing. The best part of this branch was the pleasant ride to the branch before you begin to experience the rudeness inside the door. Before Anthony R. would read the letter from my kind NC-DMV (yes, even the DMV was kinder) I listened for about 10 minutes on hold to the "canned," self-promoting music, and script about how "ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR will go the extra mile for you," I was left thinking future car rental customers could benefit more from the truth. The prophetic words of the famous rapper Chuck D: "Don't Believe the hype!" Go the "extra" mile to this branch is a complete misnomer. The driver, who took me back to the collision center sped, whipped around corners and took me to a wrong collision center. Said she never hear of the collision center I named a quarter mile away. Which, ironically, is where the kinder driver had picked me up. After my car was jacked (see picture) and my wallet stolen in mid-town Atlanta last night, my awesome Insurance company "Erie" in NC told me to go to the collision center of my choice. Quickly, they empathized with my condition of distress and booked an appointment with the local Enterprise RAC in Canton GA. That's when things fell apart. The ERAC staff seemed to believe they were the victims. They reveled in the fact that followed policy to deny the car. Since I had no license they seemed intent to prove to me this was the more compassionate path. With, it seems no regard to own conscience, little to no sincere empathy or concern. Frankly, I think the service of this branch during my interaction, was the worst car rental experienced I have had in thirty years. ERAC would do well to see that even major US airlines, in the face of true terrorism, can still accept OTHER forms of US issued ID's and permit passengers to use a digital images of a ticket (on mobile devices). It is 2018.

I would never use this location again. The reservation was for 10am, we were not able to pick up the vehicle until after 12pm. The vehicle was damaged when we picked it up. We were rushed through our walk through and the vehicle was parked to conceal it. We documented the damage as soon as we got home. When we went to return the vehicle, the staff insisted that we caused the damage. After pulling video tapes, going outside and physically finding the piece of the broken tailight on the ground, we were told to leave. Apparently someone had backed the van into a low hanging tree branch sometime between when the previous renter returned it and when we picked it up. We spent over an hour there trying to prove that we did not cause the damage.
