I just want to say the Doctor and staff are amazing! Everyone I encountered including Carly, Tracy, the male manager with the beautiful accent are just top notch! If you all are looking for a supreme eye care service that believes in QUALITY OVER QUANTITY...please visit Pearle Vision.

It has been several years since my last visit since we have moved out of state. Dr Chiu is thorough and right on point. She told me things I didn't want to hear especially not to be wearing contacts any longer, I did not want to hear that. Later ended up with an ulcer and needed surgery she found a specialist that my insurance accepted. At that time the office staff was professional possibly had a turnover in staff. Sounds like they need to clean house and hire a better office manager to retrain or teach staff not to be yelling around customers and to be more professional.

Amazing. The Dr spent a lot of time with my wife and I. The Dr is very thorough and friendly. The staff is excellent and very helpful. We definitely found the best.

I've been going here for many years mainly because of Dr. Chiu. I trust what she says, she is very thorough with the examination and she listens to my concerns. She also has a pleasant personality which is a plus. I've never really had the issues described in a lot of these reviews thankfully.

I do not even want to rate a star, in general pearle vision isn't a horrible place to get your glasses. But this place is SOOO unprofessional not only that but dirty. The dark headed girl was very short with me over the phone and in person. I definitely will not be taking my kids back here for any checkups! Save your money and go to an professional business with a real professional Dr! With actual caring people that WANT to do their job!

I'm still really confused about the experience I had here nearly a month ago. None of the staff in front were wearing masks, not even a sign on the door asking customers to despite literally sitting a foot away and measuring faces all day. I felt uncomfortable getting glasses here. Then one of the older ladies that works here yelled, "that's (r-word)!" very loudly in response to something someone said, and immediately followed that with excuses about being allowed to say it because she's from Georgia (???????). I was really not getting glasses here after that. Then I found out they'd lost my records from previous visits about a recurring eye problem. I love Dr. Chiu and I wish she had her own office separate from this... place. I don't know if I even feel comfortable visiting the doctor here again because there won't be a record of it if I have more problems in the future. I don't know if I've ever been anywhere so flagrantly unprofessional. It's like they're proud of it. Needs new management and front desk staff, frankly. I bought glasses somewhere else and would hesitate to visit a Pearle Vision anywhere after this.

So I was a patient with America’s best and I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and I had them for about 8 yrs now. When I came to pearl vision I was extremely impressed with the Dr and her detail oriented check up. I was sad I couldn’t wear contacts but I rather fix my problem rather than destroy my eyes further and was very much appreciative she fixed my problem and fixed the problems America’s best “doctors” never found. That being said I was just as disappointed with the front desk service. Tania was extremely and amazing perfect!! She was trying her best to help and accommodate the situation under the circumstances… Tracy on the other hand… OMG!!! Someone please train her!!! In fact if it was up to Ricky and Tracy you would lose every customer coming in through those doors. Tania was and is the only reason I am back and giving them another chance. Please I implore you …..handle Tracy before you lose customers. Pearl Vision has a good name please don’t have incompetent employees ruin it for the brand.

The staff here are incredible from the moment you walk through the front door. They carry quality frames and are priced fairly. Dr chuie is great at her profession and has an knowledge of CDL regulations and will explain things regarding your eyes in a way you can understand. I was welcomed with a same day appointment and due to my insurance carrier being special I ended up taking way longer than I should have. Ricky way helping out with setting me up progressive lenses and I had no idea they were already closed because I was not pushed out the door. Thank you to all for the quality care and service.

Not best place to get your glasses from. They are overprice and Tracy is awful at taking care of customers. I called ahead to ask about my glasses warranty which Tracy say to just bring the pieces of my broken glasses in. When I got there after an hour of drive, she said that it wasn’t enough to get the warranty. It would be nice if they let you know ahead that it will not cover instead of making you drive for an hour just to send you home. If you still go, go with the guy, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable.
