I never have to search for things when I come here. As soon as you enter the door they ask if you need help finding anything and then point you directly there. Great service, always a fast and easy stop.

This is one of my favorite hardware stores. It reminds me of my childhood going to the hardware store for supplies with my papa. Great customer service. And reasonable prices. Also they carry most things i need for my old mower and the price beats or matches most the bigger chain stores.

This Ace Hardware store should pop up on Google when you want the definition of Customer Service. Everything Hardware and more. I cut my keys today. Buttom line helpful store associates and well stock. Five stars for me.

There is a such thing as being too helpful. As a man when I go to a hardware store I know what I want and this location they pretty much follow you around the store. I'm sure some people it's very helpful but in my opinion it's very annoying, if I need help I will ask for it. Sometimes I like to look at other stuff but when I go in this store, which I've been several times and the same thing as happened. I buy what I need and I leave. Let your customers browse and they might buy more stuff. After about 15 minutes if they have not at least pick something up then you asked them if they need help finding something.
