Put in for a refill my refill date was not for another two weeks, but I left my other pills at home. I live in another state was in Decatur visiting family needed my medication that I ran out of. The pharmacist really went above and beyond to help me get my medication. I was not doing good at all and it was nobody but God that allowed the pharmacy team to help me. Thank you so much very appreciated.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a terrible Walgreens pharmacy experience that it prompted me to write a review. I had a note in my Walgreens app to call the pharmacy regarding my prescription. I called. You could hear them take the call off of hold and put it back on hold but no one responded. They did this several times until the phone disconnected. I called 3 times. I finally got a person on my 3rd try. The lady who answered the phone was impersonal and rude. She picked up with the Walgreens greeting, I said hello and stated my issue, and. Then I heard nothing. When I said, “hello?”, she responded with, “gimme one second” very snappily and rudely. I had to collect myself for a moment. Then when I stated why I called, when she was finally ready for me, she said, “it’ll be ready an an hour and a half”. I asked her what the previous issue was, since I had a notice that there was a delay and action was needed. She again rudely said, I don’t know. There’s no issue on my end. The app responds to whatever they put into the system on their end. Honestly, it wasn’t even the words that were problematic - it was the delivery. This was literally the worst customer service pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be picking up my prescription and never frequenting here again.

I’ve never been on hold so long for a Walgreens. It was at the point where I was just curious how long they would be willing to keep me on hold. They eventually hung up. So I called back a few more times and was on long holds & then hung up on me a few more times. I wonder who is in charge because I can’t just blame the workers. If their bosses don’t hold them accountable for basic customer service they are just as much at fault. Looking into who runs this Walgreens now…

Pharm techs were screaming at elderly patients in line and at the drive-thru, snapping at people who had already been helped, and exposed several people's addresses and phone numbers (personally identifiable information). Will file a complaint for information breech through DHHS

The worst Walgreens I've ever walked in. The customer service in pharmacy was horrible and I waited 1.5 hours to get a COVID vaccination shot. This should be unacceptable! After taking the shot, I asked if I needed to wait 15 minutes before leaving, he said no, it's time for me to go home!

This is the slowest Walgreens I’ve ever been to... I worked In the pharmacy at a Walgreens for years and we definitely did not handle patients the way this location does. They don’t even answer the phone.. they just pick it up and put you on hold. Then when they do come to the phone, they put you on hold again. The wait time is consistently over an hour. I just Don’t understand. It’s so bad I’m tempted to apply just to get them organized. This is ridiculous. They need to figure something out and fast.

As a provider, I do not recommend using this pharmacy. We had three of our staff on hold for more than 20 minutes. A girl would pick up, hum something in the phone, or say something random and then put us all back on hold. Eventually she would just pick up and hang up or it would ring and ring until the call disconnected. Should a patient ask that you call in or send their prescriptions to this pharmacy, please advise against it and ask them for a different pharmacy that can full fill their needs. There is no reason a patient should have to sit in pain or go without lifesaving medication just because pharmacy staff are inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Part 1: Customer service is horrible. I turned in my prescription and was told I could wait 20 minutes. I said I would run over to Kroger and come back so it will be about 30 or 40 minutes. When I came back they told me to wait and the lobby and they would call me. About 35 minutes later I go back to the counter to see what the status was and they said someone had to check the front of the store to get it. About 15 minutes later the person returned and said they didn't have it in stock and had to order it. It took over an hour for them to come to that conclusion. It's been over two weeks and I called them to find out the status. She told me to call back everyday after 4:00 to see where it is. Part 2: When I tried to use the Drugs rx code to get a discount, the pharmacist seemed irritated by that and she said: "I mean I can try but normally these codes don't work. Then later, a customer in the drive-through wanted to use a Drugs rx code and the same pharmacist had the same attitude and repeated what she said to me. And when she turned the mic off she said out loud to the other pharmacist and with an earshot of me "Why don't these people just get some insurance so they don't have to keep using this Drugs RX?" Totally insensitive. These people are rude!!!

This Walgreens is so unprofessional. I went there on March 24, 2021 for a passport photo. I asked the employee (a female) if the store was doing passport pictures, she said yes but said she was in the middle of doing inventory and there was boxes in the picture taking area and she would have to move them and requested that I come back within the hour. Never did she look at me when telling me this. No! I cannot come back within the hour!! It was bad enough that I was in the store two days prior and the system was down and the employee indicated that the system was down and disappeared in the back while I was talking to him (a young guy) Very unprofessional and rude!!!
