Other CVS location send me here saying that this pharmacy is open and has medicine i want and when i came this loctaion pharmacy was closed. Even CVS DOCTORS dont know about there other loctions informations.

Store is poorly managed, dirty, and rude staff if you can even find one. CVS needs to look at this store! It’s a super busy hwy and neighborhood. I can never wait in the store for a prescription, it’s always at least 4-5 hrs before you can pick up! 👎👎👎

This is my Pharmacy and I have found them to be very helpful, professional and very pleasant. So if you're unhappy with your Pharmacy I would recommend changing to my CVS.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Even if there no line (drive thru or inside), be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes before anyone comes to help you. Horrible place.

We waited for over an hour, collectively, for someone to answer our phone call and they never did! Even the provider was on hold for over 40 minutes with no way to even leave a message! No one even answered the phone. This store used to be very helpful and on the ball. I know that they need help with staffing issues, but I think I would close my doors rather than risk this poor service.

Denied service while out of town to add money to my Paypal. Went to add $50 to use toward Uber but they said they won't sell the gift cards or add money to accounts.

This CVS pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Every time I called them, I waited more than 20 min only for someone to hang up the phone. I literally heard the line being picked up and then hung up! It’s ridiculous. The service is not any better when you go there either. Even if they text you to say that your prescription is ready, you still wait 20 min or more at the drive through. Terrible.

Pharmacist on staff at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday, April 26th was very rude to me and hung up on me despite my courteous tone. Just trying to get a prescription filled; not sure where all the animosity is coming from.

Genuinely one of the worst CVS stores I've ever been to, at first I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I first went to it during the peak of COVID. However, I've had prescriptions lost, charged for prescriptions not given (and then unable to refill since "recently filled"), referrals ordered and never filled on multiple occasions (then accusing me of being the issue) and absolutely rude responses for my requests for help in regards to refills of urgent and time sensitive medications. This may be a result of poor management and lack of employees to properly operate a pharmacy but I cannot return to this location which is unfortunate since it is extremely convenient.

I have been going to the CVS for over 8 years now. I hate to say this but the new employees that they have hired are extremely rude. With a couple of exceptions, all of them are rude and has little to no customer service. Specially the managers along with people with higher authorities. The lines are always long, employees just wondering around and don’t care. I really feel like calling people out but I know that’s gonna be rude of me so I’m not going to do that. But I’m super frustrated about my recent visits and that’s why I’m writing this review.
