At&t representative SCAMMED me by making an offer I couldn't refuse if I switched from Verizon to AT&T, offered to cut my bill in half from what Verizon was charging, offered $2000 in gift cards which was never received, charged me triple what I was told I would be paying in the amount of $550.00 monthly, charged me twice for activation fees in the amount of $1000.00. Called to speak with a manager eight times, left my name and phone number for a manager to call me back, which they never did. Called back asking to speak with a supervisor was placed on hold for over an hour, then spoke with an inexperienced representative named MILL who stated she was new to the company, MILL accused me of yelling at her and hung up the phone on me, I called back and she hung up the phone again. She claimed I was too frustrated for her to deal with, refused to connect me with a supervisor. DONT EVER SWITCH TO AT&T this is the worst experience I've ever had, and the calls drop non stop! VERIZON WOULD NEVER!

I continue enjoying att. Customer service is top tier. i went to verizon, and the store mgr was there and she just ignored me. i'll be staying with you for a while.

DO NOT USE AT&T FOR INTERNET. THEY ABSOLUTELY RIPPED US OFF. We had AT&T for internet (because it was the only option for our location) and it would go out 50 times a month, and there are times where we are several weeks without internet (paying $110 a month still), we’d call so many times to “get it fixed” but every time someone was sent out here they didn’t do anything. It was our line that was run from our house that was the problem, and we were told several times they would come out and fix it. NOTHING. They literally told us they refused to run the line and refund us the whole amount for the months where we had little to no wifi. We cancelled their service because we came to the conclusion that no internet is better than paying money for horrible customer service and internet. This company does not care about its customers, save your money and time and get a better provider. We have been struggling with this problem for YEARS. And it’s so disappointing because we need internet for school, work, and other important things. But it’s not worth the stress. You just lost a once loyal paying customer.

After having problems getting our internet and TV set up in our new house, I spoke to pretty much everyone in every department and heard the same scripted response over and over and over, so I called this store and it was so refreshing and honestly kept me from losing it after speaking with Jaden! He was the first person I spoke to that actually listened and did everything he could to find out what the issue was without me even having to ask him to go the extra mile to help!!! Thank you Jaden!!!

I visited this store in November as a new customer and had a nice young man help me with the service. Internet and Direct stream, with a $250 gift card. I called in Jan to see where is gift card and customer service sent me back to this location. I've called twice and left a message I believe with Josh. He gave me a different name by the end of call. Smh. But never received gift card, never gotten manager call back and when I call customers service after saying this location will take care of it, guess what it's to late to submit request for gift card, the Rep never sent paperwork for card. That was an incentive in getting service with att. I would have never gotten this company service. Poor customer service all the way around.

But, Michael deserves a raise or something because he actually took time and helped us save little money. He answered our questions and remained professional. So, thank you again. Salesman ARMAND JONES. Solicited my home and spent over 4 hours selling us galaxy phones and service for att. Told us that he would comp 2 months of service because we had just bought new phones and service at straight talk. Told us it would be 40 dollars a month and that he would give us phone cases. Not only is my bill 135.00, we have received no cases and Armand has not returned any of my many texts and phone calls for a month! Buyer BEWARE. Make anything they promise in writing or its your word against theirs and you're stuck with 400 dollar phones and a bill that's twice as much as straight talk.

Absolutely unbelievably HORRIBLE! This entire store needs replacing! I was there to pickup an online order I purchased two days before. Got there 3:45 pm, called for curbside, I was told to come in they were busy! It’s pouring down raining, so I go inside! No one greets me, nobody even acknowledges me! 3 men & 1 female employee working! I sit there! 2 additional employees come from the back so I ask for assistance, they’re only inventory can’t help me! I overheard 2 different sales people tell the AT&T customers to take their problems to Best Buy Geek squad to fix! Exactly what’s the AT&T employees there for? If I’d been told that I’d go to Verizon! I’ve been with AT&T since the 80’s, never have I had such a Horrible experience! I’m sure 1 of those 6 employees had to be a Supervisor, they obviously need replacing to! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!
