I had an Amazon return, NEVER heard of charging for computer use and label printing. True it was only 0.15 for label and 0.25 for computer use, but still, feels like a huge ripoff. Will NEVER use this store again.?

No customer service whatsoever. Tried to get assistance twice and the employees rather yell the instructions over the counter than to come out and help. Then come to find out we couldn't be helped with self service. Was charged the self service fee and did not receive a receipt or offered a a refund. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service. Go some where else.

Very rude and lazy employees. I had papers that were required to be faxed to a government agency, the woman rolled her eyes and stated it would be a thirty minute wait time. Which we were ok with, I offered to come back if that worked best for them because I was on my lunch break, she responded very hastily that the store policy is that I needed to wait. I was treated as a bother as soon as I mentioned I needed copy and faxing services. Im not asking to be provided a service for free. I’m paying for a service that is advertised and provided at this establishment, what is the problem? I asked for my documents back, I could not stand the woman’s rudeness and she was talking nasty about me to the other employees, mind you the store was NOT EVEN BUSY! They just want to scan ready to go packages and do NOTHING else. Please go to another location! I was so stressed that I could not take care of sending these important documents because a business doesn’t want to provide services to the public and does not want to treat people with dignity and respect.

I normally have great service at this store but the other day I went in there and told I’m line for 10 minutes and then someone came from the back and said we are already closed I explained I was in line for 10 minutes the person said yeah but we were already closed the door wasn’t locked because it’s something wrong with it (well that’s not my problem) the time it took them to tell me that they could have just handed me my package Thanks to the other lady that kindly waited on me once she finished with the person in front of me instead of just saying they were closed

This is the best UPS store! Professional and courteous. I do all my printing and shipping at this location. The staff is wonderful. They are busy here but that is because they are worth it.

This people are totally clueless. I went there to ship a scope to the manufacturer for warranty repair and was denied shipping. They said its consider part of a weapon, which it is not. The fact that they don't know the federal laws makes me take my business elsewhere from now on. On top of that, there were about 15 customers waiting. I had to wait 25 minutes in line because one only person was doing all the work when a second person was available. Never again will I use this store nor recommend it to anyone for anything. Plain and simply this people shouldn't be allow to handle any mail at all until they learn the federal laws regarding restricted items and not guess about them.

The inconvenience of being a customer. Attempting to return a damaged product and per Amazon UPS will pick up. Missed the pick up because like everyone we must work. Took the package to the UPS store and because its a driver pickup there is no way to override the system to show the customer brought the package in to be returned. With all the technology in the world should be away to scan the package in store and remove from driver pickup list. #customerserviceisdead #RIPcustomerservice
