Staff obviously doesn't respect management which trickles down to poor customer service. The wait time for the drive through is challenging and the inside dining is almost as bad. But i prefer it to the drive through which should be called a short stay line

I sat in this line for over 30 Minutes they moved one car every 5 minutes or more it’s crazy never seen anything like it. And it was literally at least 5 staff me never surrounding the drive thru are so I don’t get the issue. Super annoyed. At least the food wasn’t old this time. Do better guys!

The line was long but they kept the line moving. I pulled up to the speaker & ordered the butterfly shrimp special. 8 pcs shrimp 1 side of Cajun rice 1 biscuit 1 med sweet tea The price was $8.01 The problem was the shrimp wasn’t butterfly…then it was severely over cooked. They weren’t large more like med. they were in the box in 1 corner. So I asked if I could get the 5 pc special. Then he said $2.48… the 5 pc special was only $7.48 I had already paid $8.01. He made the adjustments & I went on about my day. But $8.01 wasn’t a good price for a half of cup of shrimp.

Its my favorite chicken place. Usually fresh hot flavorful with good service. No today. Long wait. Out of nuggets. Substitute spicy for mild but food was over fried and tastless. What a shame. Red beans and rice is rice and half teaspoon beans at bottom. I will again but sad

I placed an order online. When I walked in I told the cashier I had an online order. I waited from 6:05 pm until 7:15pm on my order. I kept asking about my order. The girl Patience got an attitude because I kept asking an became very rude. By this time I had been there over 45 minutes or so. She kept saying you can have a refund and leave. I did just that. Got a refund an left. I will never spend another red penny at Popeyes.

Ordered spicy chicken yesterday and was given that undone mild chicken. The red beans and rice looked and smelled old. So my $9 went in the trash. And not to mention when I tried to do the survey this morning. It says my information is invalid. SMH

This is the second time I came to this location and every time their red beans and rice taste and smells like it’s old… very disappointed. Will not be coming back to this location… I took only like two bites… to make sure I wasn’t tripping…

The night crew on 5-13-2022 around 8pm They were an awesome crew, my order was wrong & they correct it with no problem, no fuss ,no attitude, I haven't met a fast food crew so polite in a long time & they were super busy, keep up the good work team Oh I added my own ranch seasoning on it

Came here on a Friday night. Drive thru moved pretty fast for the line to be as long as it was. Speaker was muffled. Person over the speaker was extremely rude and impatient. Side items were barely halfway full. Condiments were sticking together. I asked for specific spicy and mild pieces. It would have been nice to have them separated. The chicken and biscuits were great. This cannot be the same store that I worked at when I was young. With that horrible service I doubt I'd come back.
