The lines are always long and I been in here several times and nothing changed.They do have good home decor...if your willing to stand in a long line lol!

Great store, great merchandise to choose from. Please emphasize to your employees the importance of removing all security devices from purchased items. This prevents customers from being beeped by your security monitor as you exit the store. More importantly, it prevents an unnecessary trip back to the register for customers and a better customer service experience. It only takes twenty seconds to double check.

Worst place ever,i stayed in line for more than an hour because the cashiers are sooooo incredibly slow,it seems like they didn't want to work,the line was all the way to the entryway because of them and everybody was complaining. Never again.

The line is always extremely long, and it's like 12 registers or so, but only 2 is always opened. So prepare for a field trip before going.

Returned an item after 30 days and had my receipt and the tags were still on the clothes. I wanted to exchange but was told the items were now discounted for a lower price. Is this a new policy or does chicago just have no policy? Disappointed shopper

Great prices for downtown when you do find something and there's a lot to find there but unfortunately some of the help they have on the floor is less than helpful and that line you might as well apply for your social security it'll be ready by the time you get through that front line at checkout other than that decent store

Great variety of products with really good prices. You can find a lot of well-known brands with lower prices than the own brand's stores and website. But you have to search a little bit to find the good stuff.

I absolutely LOVE this Burlington location. This location houses some great finds. The women's clothing department needs to be expanded but does have unique pieces. The shoe department at this location used to be well replenished with very nice styles but the quality and quantity has definitely changed. The accessory section also needs help in terms of replenishment and variety. This location has heavy four traffic so if you "see" something you have been seeking you must get it then, trying to return to purchase it later is not a great choice. For those of you who may not know, they also have "lay-away." Very ideal when needing and on a budget. They carry name brand colognes for men and women too. The Home Goods carried by this location is superb and has great finds that can also be placed in lay-away. This store tends to stay clean and shoppable, never messy, that's a plus. The check at process can be daunting at times from long lines but the unique and affordable finds will compel you to simply wait your turn. Burlington also has a loyalty program that will allow for a longer return/exchange time and that's a nice perk. When you do have the time, stop by from time to time as you will find something trendy, unique and different.

Burlington was a discovery! We stumbled upon a ton of quality and really affordable clothes, shoes and other goodies. Be prepared to roam the shop for hours discovering some sweet deals on otherwise pricey merchandise.
