great managers and staff. they have been very helpful. they finally have 3 electric carts. if none of these carts are working, I walk out and come back another day.

I enjoy returning to this Jewel-Osco store for my regular shopping because it’s bountiful with a variety of the freshest fruit, vegetables, seafood and meat. The meat counter never failed me. They have specialty items that I can only find at Jewel-Osco. And good prices. The service is amazing and every employee goes above and beyond their expectations. Check out this Jewel-Osco.

Went here at 9:15 pm on a Saturday because it claimed to be open until 12 but the entrances on either side were both locked. Went shopping elsewhere. Not wasting my time here again

Accidentally Bought something that was showing on sale. Not knowing the offer expired yesterday (Cause why have past sales still up?) Brought it up to the self checkout person and they asked i get a photo of it and still wouldnt honor or own up to their mistake.

I currently work here as of the time being and as a employee and customer I do have my bias. Jewel Rosco offers a Deli, Bakery, Floral Arrangement's and wide selection of Alcohol. Products are often in stock, and when your favorite item/product aren't in stock there's always the Jewel Osco's brand "Signature Select" to be a cheaper substitute for your regular brand. The store is well kept by the staff, although it does seem understaffed, They have roughly 2 - 3 people registers and 2 people working self checkout. There are leaks caused by the freezers malfunctioning in aisle 17 making it dangerous to shop in aisle 16. Staff member are helpful but you can tell their just doing this to pay bills and survive. Either way it helps out the community and it's good to see a local grocery store carry a wide variety of food, beverages and even seasonal home goods like Fans in the Summer, Trees in the Winter and Rakes and Lawn gear during the fall.

pharmacy staff is wonderful and gets my full recommendation. as for the rest of the store... it's a jewel, but it's an expensive jewel. much pricier than even other jewels or albertsons stores in other areas, let alone a target, TJs, or aldi.

Jewel is one of my favorite store but this is the first time I’ll make a reviews. I just want to recognize Audrey for helping me out to find what I was looking for. She’s the best! The best thing about her is even she’s busy that time, she’s willing to help me out and she added that product that I was looking for it’s not her department but she still insist to help me instead to ask whoever in charge that area. I notice that the store also well organized. Keep it up!

I am coming back around to the jewels It’s huge and empty. I mean they sell the same stuff as Mariano’s and actually are a lot nicer. Mariano’s today is not Mariano’s 5/10 years ago. Try it out

The store is very clean. Produce and deli are well stocked. Nice presentation in Meat and seafood Department. Lots of parking. It's neat and clean. The dairy needs to be fill and stock..The cashier's are superb!. I was greeted nicely with Rosie.
